The phone arrived exactly when it was supposed to is what I ordered, but I was disappointed that the box was damaged when I unwrapped it. The phone is working ok at the moment so I haven't made a fuss, but I didn't really know who I should complain too.

Ordered and paid for then received an e-mail saying out of stock and would update in seven days. However, two days later another e-mail came advising item would be delivered next day. Received as promised and now wrapped up in plenty of time for Christmas. Thank you

Hi,really pleased with the service you provide,but not really happy with the phone,it has started to lock up and is crashing a lot.running slow a lot the time as well.

I was already an O2 customer on a SIM only contract but was being regularly contacted by O2 to upgrade. I researched the phone I wanted and found that mobiles.co.uk offered that phone on O2 for a very competitive monthly tariff. The next time O2 contacted me I quoted their price but was surprised that the best tariff they could offer was £28 per month compared to mobiles.co.uk of £18 pm. I phoned mobiles.co.uk and asked if the offer was for new customers to O2 only, but they said it was open to present users as an upgrade and the number would be updated automatically. I then went to an O2 shop and again asked for an upgrade price, but again they said £28 and I would be best to go with the £18 contract I had been offered. I then purchased online. Within a couple of hours I had an email response from mobiles.co.uk to say that financial details I had supplied were in error and I should log on again to correct them. This I did, but working in the computer industry I knew that the data I had originally supplied was correct. This was later confirmed when I checked with Equifax which indicated that a credit check had been made on me that day. Three days passed and I heard nothing more so I phoned mobiles.co.uk to find out what was happening. My order was apparently on hold because the final digit of my credit card was apparently missing, even though all my data had been re-entered. After some time on the phone I was eventually able to get the order processed. The phone was delivered on the day I requested and was in perfect new condition and worked well. However, when I tried to update the number through the 'My O2' app I only got error messages and could not update to use my original number. I then had to phone O2 to sort it out. O2 were very helpful at this point and explained that I had purchased a new contract and not an upgrade contract so I effectively had two separate O2 accounts. They cancelled my original SIM only contract and all was sorted. To summarise, mobiles.co.uk provide phones and contracts at unbeatable prices but are less good in my experience about data handling/processing and being transparent about what is a new contract and what is an upgrade. However, I am very happy with my new £400 phone which costs me only £6.70 per month more than I was paying for a SIM only contract which had only half the data and minutes allowance.

After reading some of the other reviews (which said that a lot of people were by being rejected, supposedly by the credit check but in rumour that actually mobiles.co.uk were out of stock and wouldn't own up), but, seeing the phone I wanted at a VERY good deal, I decided to risk it, and not cancel my existing contract until I was sure it had gone through. So here is my experience. Within a few hours of ordering I did get an email saying I had failed O2's credit check, so I thought, oh well, that's that. Then the following morning I got a call from mobiles.co.uk apologising for the confusion, but that they had had a problem with automatic emails being sent out, and that they just needed a few details to speed the credit check through with O2. Which she did over the phone, at the same time arranging a delivery date for my new phone for 2 days hence. Phone arrived exactly as arranged, contract with O2 at a far too good to be true deal, and I am one happy customer! Plus it was also nice that the lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, and was actually English with a very clear, understandable accent.

No problem with the phone, had it up and running in no time at all. However, i had asked that the parcel be delivered to a neighbour but despite this the parcel was delivered to my address. Luckily I had just got in to receive it.

I had trouble with the one penny check. I think it was because my card was registered to somewhere else. But anyway I ended up receiving my phone, a day faster than the delivery date I asked. But I wasn't going to be home so I asked DPD to deliver it another day. I think overall their customer service was good but different workers had different ways of trying to sort out my card problem but there was no problem with credit check. I received my phone which is lovely and awesome BUT the phone box's top part was ripped and the seal was broken. It looked like it was old and used, the corners of the box were worn out. The phone looked okay, I had to call customer service but I didn't want an exchange because I wanted to use my phone straight away.

Phone was delivered promptly and on time. Still fighting with transferring contacts and stuff but that's because it is my first smart phone. It's a fight getting info' out of my old Nokia!! I think I will be very happy with the Xperia Z3compact.

A very good deal on the samsung s5 mini where my old phone company wanted much more than your company a must for other people looking for good deals . The only down side was delivery which let me down

Very competitive pricing / contract package. Failed to deliver in accordance with the delivery schedule ...............two days earlier than requested and confirmed on the site. Made arrangements for a 1 hour slot delivery on Friday but it came on Wednesday when nobody was at home. Promised that a representative would contact me in the next 24 hours by the online 'chat' agent but no-one ever did. It seems fine until you buy then a different story which is a sad thing as it seemed very helpful until then and certainly still better than dealing with the people in High Street mobile phone shops and a better package too.

No problems at all with transaction.Delivered next day on time.Very good deal (I notice it has now disappeared).Not sure how they make it pay.A phone worth over £400 for £18 a month over 24 month contract on 4G.Doesn't seem to add up.Must be big rebate from network.

i found abdul very helpful and have no complaints when i ordered my new phone/contract but i will be returning the phone and canceling as i was mislead about the signal strength of talk/vodeaphone network (by them not mobiles.co.uk) in my home so have to cancel and reorder again on a different network.abdul has orgaised a return so hopefully all will work out without problems.lynton
