“I can not receive calls or texts since Friday evening, as previous network provider has not fully PORTED my Number to you! The PAC code has been checked by one of your staff, & confirmed to be correct (yesterday afternoon). I hope the process will be completed VERY QUICKLY!”

“Very impressed with the ease of this service. The contract arrived sometime later and I am confused by what the offer actually covered. It was advertised as all usage of Internet and phone charges unlimited. Is this the case when the contract says calls to 01 02 03 numbers only. I will wait and see on my bill. All other aspects..absolutely first rate and highly recommended.”

“The ordering online was very staight forward and easy. The mobile phone was delivered on the arranged day and time. Overall quite happy with everything, just one minor snag, the recharge plug was faulty, when reported, a universal charger was sent and not the branded as would have liked.”

“On a Saturday I placed an order for 2 new contracts, SIM only with Vodaphone and a refurb Samsung S3 with O2 as they were both great deals. Within minutes I got an email advising Samsung S3 out of stock and I would be contacted in 7 days. This wasn't acceptable as I was swapping sim cards around with an iphone I already had so needed both at the same time. Live chat suggested as Samsung deal was still showing as available and in stock I should hear within 24 hours but they would ask for sales team to give me an urgent call update. No call came by Monday day so I rang the helpline and within minutes an S3 was located and delivered the following day. No issues with credit checks etc and all now set up, numbers transferred and on line account management set up. If it wasn't for the initial glitch with the Samsung showing as in stock and then being advised out of stock I would have given 5 stars.”

“I selected mobiles.co.uk because they offered a substantially better deal than the high street stores' websites. My order was rejected by the network for failing a credit check. My credit score is excellent, but the network said they had not been provided with the required proof of id. I am unable to prove whether the network didn't ask mobiles.co.uk for the id or if mobiles.co.uk didn't ask me. Although I did have to do a bit of ringing round myself to resolve this, the service from mobiles.co.uk was very good. The customer service rep took ownership of my problem and called me back in a timely fashion to keep me informed up to the point that my order was finally confirmed. The order arrived quickly and without problem. I would recommend mobiles.co.uk. I believe they are part of the Dixons Carphone group, but they don't publicise this, and prices appear to be cheaper.”

“The cheapest place for a new contract phone plus go via a cashback site and get something back for nothing! I felt happy ordering with 'Mobiles.co.uk' due to them being part of Carphone Warehouse/Dixons Group. My only gripe is that its claims the delivering is FREE from DPD but you are charged 0.01p but this is not shown on the email and only when the phone arrives with the bill enclosed! Yes, it's only 0.01p but it should be made clear that it is not FREE. It's the principle of it not the amount that matters. Also DPD's txt/emails were useless, the txt arrived at 8:45am saying delivery would be between 7am-8pm!! But when I went onto the DPD website that told me my delivery would be between 10-11am. Phone arrived at 10:02am so all good.”

“I love good deals. Thats why i choose Mobil.co.uk they have always good deals on there site. Special y cashback deal's. Im nearly 5 years now with them. But last year they didn't. deal with me fairly. Because they didn't pay me my last chq. Overall. They been good .they takecare of you when you start withthem but gradually they getting verse. They do good deals.”

“I've always had Samsung phones, but after comparing the specifications on GSM (As always) between the S5 and Z3 mini's, I dubiously made the switch to Sony! After 3 weeks I feel ready to review. In a nutshell, Sony has better Hardware, Samsung has better Software. It's a trade off, and i'm still not convinced I made the right choice. I need my smartphone for: Taking pictures, Watching videos, Surfing net, texting and phone calls. Hardware: Even though the camera spec is higher with Sony, In auto mode, it's preset to 8mp. Compared with 20mp in manual, i find i get better pictures in auto mode. But in auto, i can't change to 4:3 from 16:9. I prefer 4:3 as i like my pictures developed in 6x4. I can take videos in 4k but not Photos. 4k video is excellent, but watch out for file size! Of course 4k take more memory. Dedicated camera button is a nice touch. Gladly, Sony have kept their trademark Flash light feature, which uses the camera flash as a torch. (Just like on my old Sony ericsson phone from years ago). I use MX player to watch videos. It's the best video player app in my opinion, though it does use up battery quickly, I find I still get around 2 days use between charges. Internet is fast, call connection is fast, opens app's fast. Sound quality is not as good as i'd hoped. Stereo works well, but turn up the volume, and you'll get distortion. Didn't have this problem with Samsung. (Not an issue with headphones plugged in of course). Software: Samsung is more intuitive and much more personable. Sony's text messenger service looks very uniform and boring. You cannot change the phones font styling, I had to select which language to load into the dictionary before I could start using text, Sony is full of software i don't need or want, (Calculator, Calender, Alarm are all boring and not intuitive, they feel awkward to use. Their is no organizer, I find i'm having to look for app's to download, to run basic services, that come as standard on the Samsung, and that 'Just work'). Using the phone to make calls and view contacts feels awkward (Though, that could be because i'm used to Samsung). Samsung feels better in the hand. And one last point, when I want to charge my Sony or transfer files onto it. I got to take the S-Line gel case off every time, so i can open the waterproof flap, to connect the cable. It's annoying! (Phone is smooth like glass and slippery, I need a gel case otherwise i'll be dropping it all the time). I've noticed the Sony occasionally will not auto-rotate, and freezes after copying files to it. Like I said earlier. In a nutshell, Sony has better Hardware, Samsung has better Software. It's a trade off, and i'm still not sure which phone I prefer. Hope this helps :)”

“I found it difficult to set up as I had not had a phone like it before? I got a friend to come and sort me out and now I am very pleased with it. It is nice being able to take larger photos than I could before and I have had my old phone number transferred over which has saved me a lot of work.”
