“All in all a good experience. However when choosing a day for delivery (which I paid £7 for) I was given the option of Friday 3rd April which was good Friday. I presumed that as I was given the option of that date they would be delivering. My phone was not delivered until the following week so it was late for my sons birthday. He was very disappointed.”

“I found the service quite, the only hiccup was on delivery. I was told by your staff that the phone was out of stock and it was not lnown when the next delivery was expected only to find that the phone was delivered to my address the following day.”

“In general the service was pretty good. Only one thing I found to be problematic was that they could not offer me an upgrade to the phone and deal that I wanted but instead I had to buy it as a new contract. I don't see why they couldn't have just sold it as an upgrade to make life much simpler! I had a lot of hassle with O2 to cancel the old contract, get the new one functioning and then switch my number over. I know this should have been a simple task but it certainly wasn't in reality!”

“Would i use them again? Yes, definitely. Read on if you want ... However, I'm not surprised they get mixed reviews. The phone turned up in an unsealed box with a travel charger. Neither of which actually bothers me but will some people. I also knew i was buying an imported model spec (italian) rather than the inferior UK model. This was never stated. Again, didnt bother me as i knew what i was buying but it would some people from a warranty perspective. I'm purely price conscious though and it was about £360 less than O2 or CPW directly over 2 years, with a better phone spec and better O2 monthly plan. Their online chat option also seemed very useful and information provided proved accurate and money saving. Oh, you might want to ensure your credit rating is good (they check).”

“Delivery was not next day, got passed from company to company found out mobiles.co.uk hadnt even given the house number to dpd as there were no more delivery times we could make had to pick the phone up, also botice it wouldnt be delivered should be important as otherwise we wouldnt have stayed in all day. However it was good balue for money and the phone operators were very helpfull and phone is now great worth all of the hassle.”
