“All in all a very good experience. Some details are difficult to find though. I have cashback as part of my contract and finding which months I needed to send bills for was not easy. Logging into the "my account" part of the site is tricky too as it requires the order ID number which I can never remember. It would be better if there was an option to set a username. Overall though, all steps of purchasing and getting hold of my phone have been very good.”

“Now have a contract with O2 on a Samsung S6 through Mobiles.co.uk. Delivery time was very good, price unbeatable. Only negative comment is that it is almost impossible to get through to their customer service team. Have waited up to 15 mind on the phone only to be cut off. Would use this company again.”

“The phone ordered from the site was dispatched promptly, with appropriate notifications on expected arrival. The one thing which was a bit confusing was the terms of redemptions were specified only after the order was processed. It would be nice if the terms were explained right at the start.”

“What can I say, selected a new phone, paid some money. Received goods. No real problems so cant comment on customer service. I would have given a 'very good' rating except that on the ordering part I choose Tuesday as my delivery time, but the phone was actually delivered on the Monday, and it was only by chance I was in (Hence the Tuesday delivery choice)”

“Best prices around compare to all other companies. Phone delivered securely, well packaged. Good email communication. Would highly recommend. My only niggle, I specified a delivery date when I ordered phone, this was ignored & sent out for delivery the next day so I had to contact delivery company & re-arrange. Not too much hassle but just a bit annoying.”

“A smooth and seamless process, a small delay waiting for my phone to come back into stock but it was a new model so expected. Communication was great and it was good to see that no free trials or gadget insurance was added to my order "free" that you then have to cancel within 30 days (small print) or you will get charged. A good experience and the tariffs on offer were better than with the provider direct so I am a happy customer.”

“Lovely advisor & good service overall. Did have to call myself 3 days after the order as it hadn't been processed to be told the reason was because they didn't have part of the order in stock, would have been nice to have been contacted about it rather than have to chase myself but other than that great.”
