“Very good service. Very good value deal on a galaxy s5 refurbished phone. Delivery time arranged and then rearranged because I could not be in. No problems. It would have been 5 stars and perfect had I not been sent the wrong type of SIM card. This caused all sorts of problems with the migration of my old number because the code on the back of the sim which my O2 shop provided in exchange did not match the code for the original which carphone warehouse had provided ( the one on the back of the unusable sim). After numerous calls to the O2 customer services someone finally realised what had happened and why I could not use my lovely new phone as a phone. This meant another trip to my O2 shop to get another new sim and start from scratch. As i say a lovely phone and generally good service but one little mistake which caused all sorts of problems and inconvenience.”

“Website easy and clear to use, although beware of any cash back deals as one of them is rather convoluted, I am just waiting for my cash back cheque, but providing it arrives within the next 8 weeks then all is good. Based on my very limited experience so far I would recommend using Mobiles.co.uk.”

“Almost 5*. One thing I didn't like it was possibility of the time that package could be delivered. If I had a choice of a date and time and then package is delivered at completely different time, why giving a choice? If I knew that this will happened (suspected) I would pick up different option. Other than that it is 5* experience.”

“One star down, 'cos information how the discount will be deducted is left at the end, when order is already placed. Monthly payment is not 12, but 18 and I have to wait 7 months for the first cheque from you, IF I don't forget send you my bill.... Bit tricky.”

“I managed to save £7 a month.everything went smoothly... but customer service needs to upgrade a bit,not enough you have to call them back(they send you a text message to contact them) they seem not be very keen to help.”
