“Good service but cash back deal a bit vague. Website gave the impression that cash back deal reduced your monthly payment but the full details of how you claim your cash back only becomes apparent after you've signed up. Having to send copies of certain monthly bills to claim your cash back is obviously designed to take advantage when you forget to do it”

“Waited for next day delivery as promised on line, but when phone hadn't arrived, phoned customer service in the evening when I was told that computers were down, phone will not come until next day, it would have been very helpful if I was texted or called about it so that I wouldn't have been waiting all day at home. Although I was kept informed after I phoned.”

“Everything was perfect. The phone is perfect condition and i got all my accessories. The only reason its 4 stars and not 5 is because i thought id of got my order a day earlier as i ordered it before 6pm but it came the day after. Baring in mind thats the only thing! I would recommend this website to others.”

“Easy to find deal I was after and subsequently straight forward to order. Only gripe was when attempting to change delivery date this took a few days for the website to update. Kept on receiving texts to say my order was getting delivered on original date despite me changing delivery dates. No problems now phone received. Happy to use again!”

“A really good service, helpful customer service. Unfortunately, my chosen phone was out of stock more stock arrived within a week. My only real negative would be that, despite ticking that I did not want the phonecare, I ended up with it anyway.”

“I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, so I went through the website to get my new phone. I was disappointed that I couldn't get the phone I wanted, as I was staying with the same network (it was classed as an 'upgrade'), but hopefully the one I have will be fine. Phone, box, instructions etc all ok, but I didn't get proper instructions on activating my new SIM card. Again, I couldn't get through to anyone, so I had to go direct to my network. Fingers crossed nay problems will be dealt with more easily.”

“I love my new phone though i find it has a lot of things on it i would never use such as face book twitter utube and a few things more it also is a little to big as i no longer find it easy to take around with me at work as i work in the community and need rearly to be able to put it in my pocket as not able to carry a bag with me also additional equipment for it is expenscive like the care charger and hands free adaptor but like i said i like it and am still learning what is useful and not.”

“offers are good compare to other companies but in case of emergency you cannot contact them because there phone is very expensive. Being a commercial company it does not reasonable for them to have such an expensive line. I therefore ask all customers to make a complaint to trading department and offcom for their service. It is our right being a customer to make a complaint.”

“Speedy delivery, however phone has two slight scratches on. But i can leave with that. Only problem was i ordered it in the wednesday was tild i would be able to transfer my old number across on the thursday but had to wait until the monday.”
