“Spoke to Hannah ? (not sure of spelling) on 21st July who was excellent, very helpful and arranged a good deal on a Sim only upgrade - only blip was I then received two confirmation emails yesterday with two different order numbers ? Spoke to Hamal ? (not sure of spelling) today who again was very helpful and rectified the duplication. Overall good, happy service from both.”

“The only fault I have to complain about is when I upgraded with yourselves I was told I did not have to do any thing. I wished to keep my number that I have had for years and was told you would take care of it. I waited all weekend for the change over and come this morning ( Monday) iPhones yourselves and was told that I had to get in touch with 02 myself. This was very misleading information and come this evening I still have not been able to use my new phone. Very disappointing.”

“I chose a package via uswitch with this company due to the price. Order was straight forward and easy to complete. I chose next day delivery option and received communication by text and email to let me know what time to expect delivery. Phone was delivered this morning on time. Only complaint so far is I specifically requested not to take free first months insurance cover (£10 per month afterwards) and noticed today it's been added to my account. Apart from that all has gone smoothly so far and very happy with new phone.”

“Best price I could find for both the phone and the contract. It was delivered when I asked for, delivery by DPD was faultless. I had no reason to contact customer service so I can't comment on that. The website was however very slow to update, So slow that I got the email saying my phone had been dispatched a few hours after I had taken delivery. For the bargain price you do have to do some of the work, I had to arrange porting of the number myself, not that this is difficult though. All in all a very positive experience. But I suppose everything went smoothly and to my mind you don't ever find out how good a company is until something goes wrong. Would I use again - I have no reason to think I wouldn't, as i said I couldn't find it cheaper. Thanks”

“Fast and efficient. Only problem encountered was that I requested a delivery for a Friday because I was away from home during the week. This request was totally ignored and the phone was delivered the day after order. Fortunately my neighbour was in and signed and received the package for me.”

“Phone delivered on time and as per spec. Contract correctly set up with O2 and we had ported the number within 48 hours. May have been reconditioned, but looked as new. Waiting to see if the cash back process is as smooth. Only gotcha may be that when O2 set up the contract (and hence the name on the bill) they used the joint bank account details as the account name - going to see if I can get it changed in case it causes problems when it comes to cashback time.”

“found the service quite good recieved phone very quickly and simon was very helpfull and helped me to get the best package to suit my needs he was far better than the first person i spoke to .thank you simon for your help my son was over the moon it was the perfect birthday gift.”
