“Bought via a Money Saving Expert link. Initially there was a problem with the order. Made a call to customer service who then transferred me to the Sales team. They cleared the issue Communication has been outstanding. Six emails and a text message so far.”

“The mobile and SIM for my son arrived quickly but it was not clear on receipt which SIM was for who and we’ve still been unable to get my sons mobile moved across to his old number as it’s not clear from the emails whose is whose”
