“The man I spoke to was very helpful and patient but unfortunately didn’t give me the right advice. I asked if if it was possible to keep my same number but this wasn’t the case. The phone now has to be returned.”

Hello Anna Thank you for your review. Customers are able to transfer their mobile number if they are changing to a different network. If they are staying with the same network then an upgrade would need to be completed to keep the mobile number. If you require further assistance then I have sent you an email.
