“Good company to deal with. Good deal for a new phone.I received a new phone in good time, next day delivery, brilliant. Unfortunately due to the phone not being an upgrade but a new contract I had to send the phone back. My provider so unhelpful and unreasonable. The phone was picked up no problem as well as my upfront cost refunded:)”

“Very impressed so far with Mobiles.co.uk. I managed to get a really good deal on an iPhone 6s ; also, I ordered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived on lunch time the next day - really great! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because no name, contact number or number for my address was given to the courier - the only reason I knew this was because I called the courier to make sure it was on it's way as I had not heard anything. If I hadn't of called then I don't think the phone would have arrived on my chosen day. Overall, very happy though.”

“Mobiles.co.uk had the same offer as Carophone warhouse but was no cost upfront rather than £50 upfront and was considerably cheaper than going to EE direct. The process was extremely easy, and the phone arrived as anticipated. I have removed one star at it was 2 days late!”

“I ordered my new iphone7 at a very good price on Friday afternoon and received it within 24hours. I am delighted with speed and efficiency as well as a good deal. I thought the phone was faulty and contacted them by email as customer services don't open Sundays. I received a very quick response. However the return turnaround for a faulty phone could take up to 5 days which meant too long without a phone. As it happened, there was nothing actually wrong so I am still very happy but would have given 5 stars if the return operation could happen on the door step as EE themselves offer”

“Cheaper than other competitives and quick delievery only issue I had was confirmation email for my order they only seem to send to when the warehouse processes the order but for me that was 6-8 hours after I order so like other companies they should send an email saying "thanks for your order we are working on it and will email later when processed" etc etc just so I knew my order was acknowledge”
