Having accidentally ordered the wrong phone, Mobiles was very supportive and responsive to help quickly replace with the correct model. At this point I would have given top marks. However the replacement arrived without a sim. On contacting Mobiles I was told they couldn't send me a replacement, that I had to contact the network provider and wait a week for this. Or I could go into the providers high street shop and get one. All very inconvenient and leaves me without a phone for a few days! Why is the customer expected to correct your mistake? Shouldn't you send someone to your local high street shop to get a replacement and then post it for next day delivery? Isn't this real customer service? Unfortunately I cannot give you a top rating because of this failing.

I’m pleased to hear you’re happy with the service received when contacting our team, however it’s disappointing to hear of the difficulties experienced after this point. A new SIM card wouldn’t have arrived with the replacement device, as the original SIM card where the contract is active should have been retained. This was the reason you were directed to the network for a replacement SIM card to be arranged, so the replacement SIM was active with your contract. I’ll investigate this internally to ensure this is made clear at the time of completing an exchange. Excellent service with order and delivery of new phone BUT after 3 days my number has still not switched to my new phone. I think that the problem is with EE rather than Mobiles.co.uk but it is very annoying having to carry 2 phones around!

Next day delivery (even after ordered after 6pm) and very good price. Only downside for me was not that my first phone arrived damaged, but that the replacement time took so long. Even though it only took a week, it was a week in which I had no phone and was paying monthly for a contract in that month I never had use of the phone for a week. An exchange of phones when the replacement was sent (as with many conpanies) would have suited me better as my phone is vital for work. Now that my new phone has arrived however this is now just a little niggle in the back of my mind.

It was quick and the delivery was very quick. The only shame is there is no support when transferring data from old phone to new phone. That is why it has lost 1 star.
