Terrible customer service. Lost my phone and replacement would be delivered over 6 weeks later. Customer service were not bothered and very unhelpful.

Phone arrived quickly but SIM card didn’t activate despite several wasted calls and emails to mobiles.co.uk. After two weeks of waiting, had to take my phone into a vodaphone shop and they fixed the problem straight away.

On rare occasions, we may need to connect your SIM manually by contacting Vodafone so it's unfortunate that this couldn't be resolved over the phone. Next day after placing an order I called to cancel it. I have just received a bill despite being advised that contract was cancelled and I should dispose of sim card!

Dear Natalia, We are sorry to hear that you have been billed for a cancelled order. As the SIM would have been activated upon dispatch the network would usually bill you a few days later. It can take a few days for the network to receive the disconnection request and process the disconnection. If any payment is taken the network would usually refund it back to you on your next bill. Hi Natalia. We are sorry to hear about the issue that you have had with your billing after cancelling the order. As SIM cards are activated upon dispatch the billing would start right away and the network would bill you shortly after. It can take a few days for the network to process the disconnection request so that your line is disconnected. I received a defective cell phone that was christmas gift. I requested replacement and they informed they haven’t got red any replacement.

I have brought a mobile from you and the hand set was faulty (small crack on the screen).which I have returned on the next working day and you received on the next day.I have not received the hand set yet or returned money either

Broken phone, customer services gave poor incorrect advice which meant I took a pointless trip to Carphone warehouse. Awful service. Tried calling several times after being put on hold for 20 minutes I was told the systems were down! What a hoke

We bought teo new phone contracts but have not been able to register online with mobikes.co.uk to set up psy back. Tried ringing them and spent slong time on the phone with them but they could not resolve the problem. They then asked me to go to CarPhone Warehouse get them to try on their systems to resolve issue. Ivthen got out of work to vidit Carphone Warehouse who said that although they own mobiles.co.uk they do not have access to their system and cannot help. Aaaaagh still not resolved.

I have had a terrible experience buying a mobile through this company. They sent two phones to me when I only ordered one.. I immediately returned it and two weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund and confirmation that they have received the return. I have incurred costs as the number is not freephone

I had a terrible experience with the company this year and I am still waiting for feedback regarding my complaint. I was absolutely disgusted with the service especially as I have multiple existing contracts through them.

Had on online quote and when they received my phone they said there was visible damage along with screen burn. The phone had neither of these issues. It had been in an Apple case from day 1. So I then get an offer which was below the minimum they would have offered me online for the condition they said the phone was in. You then have to pay to get your own phone back from them so check the T&C but I wouldn’t recommend them or ever use them again!

However screenburn isn't always visible which is why this may not have been seen. If you are not happy with the quote you can request that the handset is returned back to you for a refund.
