Clearly stated what phone I wanted but was sent the wrong one. Was then told is have to pay more so cash cells the order. Still waiting for the refund 7 working days later and recieved a bill from the phone provider I've. Ever used. Very very poor

Poor service. Missing accessories from order, very difficult to get through to customer services (1 hour waiting time) and I’m still without my AirPods. Never again!

Order- REF: 108529466 Parcel: ‍15501542490070 My phone was to be delivered on 04/12/2019 between 9:26 to 10:26 AM. it never was. Initially the courier site said you have not provided any name and address for delivery. Despite trying to contact no response . There seems to be a crooked collaboration between you and courier. If I donot get my phone by 07/12/19. I will not only report to my bank fraud team for refund, but also to regulators and review sites as a crooked company Javed Siddiqui

Appalling ,nonexistent customer service from mobiles co uk. I ordered a phone a week ago and I still haven’t received it. It is impossible to get through to them via the phone. Mobiles co uk have helped themselves to my money but have not delivered the phone as it got lost in transit. I would not recommend using this company and I will definitely not order from them again. I am passing this on to my bank and hopefully they can sort it out for me.

The phone arrived without a Sim card. I couldn’t create an account, just got this message when I tried “Oops. Your reCAPTCHA selection doesn't match, please retry”. And the email with a link asking for my opinion didn’t work. I couldn’t get through by phone, to contact you by email required an account with mobiles.co.uk to be created. I ended up calling O2 directly and they are now sending me a new Sim card. So now while I’m waiting for my new Sim card to arrive from O2 I’m paying for two contracts. Not that impressed!

The “upgrade” offered actually was an additional handset, which I was told to “move my existing number across to” Not possible unless I ported the number out and then back Perhaps be more honest with the term “upgrade” - and the subsequent conversation with EE suggests I’m not alone!

Not happy the order sent was incorrect and I was billed twice. Customer service was poor. Would not recommend buying a phone from this company.

Unable to amend order that was placed just 1 hour earlier (drop in up front price on website) ended up having the cancel the whole thing and have another credit check against my name if I wanted to reorder. Shambles.
