Gave me a faulty phone and lied to me about when my new phone would arrived disappointed manager was meant to call me but I didn’t receive any calls

This is a fraud company. They sent the wrong phone which I returned back. However, Vodafone refuses to disconnect and refund money claiming contract belongs to mobiles.co.uk and Mobiles.co.uk refuses to disconnect for two months. Two months of writing and calling mobiles.co.uk, they simply hang the phone when I give them order number. These two companies mobiles.co.uk and vodafone are a fraud. Avoid.

The most bad experience I have ever had guys my advice to other customer do not order anything from this website believe me they real Shammers They take your money but they do not provide nothing also there partner DPD drivers as’ll they work together and rob peoples money and items customer service it’s awful honestly do not make the same mistake and go through what I went through trust me

I purchased this phone then wanted another for my wife but the refer a friend to get money back offer was nothing but a fishing exercise asking for my facebook profile details! Very disappointed with mobiles.co.uk what ever happened to their automatic referral cash back that didn't use customers details?

Hi Nick, That doesn't sound great at all. We are sorry to hear you had received a phone with a scratch on it, all new phones are sent from the Manufacturer directly, we keep them at our warehouse and then it is sent to a customer when an order is made. I cant write a review on the samsung s10 as i got delivered the s10e instead. Ive sent it back and despite calling to find out when i will recieve my s10, which they said i will be notified by email. I am still waiting. So not a positive experience so far

Pretty bad, my phone doesn’t make calls and they won’t replace it so yeah don’t go for an iPhone X good luck they give you the worst batch.

After ordering an iPhone 11 through mobiles.co.uk website I was informed there would be an approximate delay of 2 weeks, after 1 week I receive a call in informing me that there could be up to another 2 weeks delay. The agent informed me that I could get an iPhone with larger storage for £40 more and delivered the next day. As I was desperate for a working phone this was my only option. I will also now lose out on £45 cash back from Quidco.

Wrong phone sent out . They admitted it was their error . I’ve been phoning for 4 days now trying to resolve this . Phone was sent back via courier as instructed. 7 different occasions I have been assured they would call back with a solution . Still waiting and they are reluctant to return my £780 . Very Very poor customer service . Would not recommend this company !!!!

Still have not recieved my new phone five days after it was due. I have phone mobiles.co.uk three times regarding this and they simply do not care. They basically said they d sent it so they d done what they said and was no longer they re problem. On all three occasions the customer service personnel were rude and arrogant. I have been left on my own to chase up where my phone is which has resulted in my time and money and a lot of inconvenience. Had I known what I know now I would have stayed well clear of this company!!!! Cant review phone as I ve still not got it still trying to track it down with dpd.
