Rung up the company specifically to ask whether their next day delivery (even on sat or sun) was genuinely going to get the phone to us today (sun). Was told definitely yes as long as the deal was processed before 6pm the night before. Got confirmation the deal was all processed by 5.40pm but shock horror, dpd the courier can't get it to us before Monday because if how late they got it from mobiles.co.uk. Shameless false advertising and lies over the phone which has massively inconvenienced me!

I had place order over phone and representative says its confirming order by email wait for 1 hour no email confirmation comes through, so I called back to find out why no confirmation came back I was on hold for 45 minutes and finely when representative pick phone they say they are using old system email confirmation takes up to 4 hours to confirm and phone get disconnect. I wrang them beck again took me 28 minutes to get to representative and he says they don't do email confirmation. finely they sent me a phone and its turn up wrong have to call back and take that to DPD drop off and waiting when they will get the phone after that going to send me a replacement in all above-made mistake I choose Mobile.co.uk to get a phone contract DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Would give 0 if I could. Beyond a joke of a company. Had my phone delivered almost a month ago and I have had no service ever since it was delivered. Most customer service representatives are unapologetic and rude. Nobody has communicated with me the entire time I have called them over ten times and not been helped at all. Most times you call them they can't access their systems and are useless. Shambles of a company.

Deliberately Mis-sold - I was texted but EE telling me I was entitled to an early upgrade. Tried to but through Mobiles.co.uk - not eligible for early upgrade through them - not their fault. Sales staff then said he would put it through as a ‘new contract’ for me and all I had to do was to EE and ask for the direct debit date to be changed. I specifically said I didn’t want to have two bills. He repeated just ring EE and they will sort it. Guess what, I rang EE who said I was going to get 2 bills and that I hadn’t been given the right information. Phone returned and contract cancelled as a result. Dealt direct with EE instead

My monthly bill is wrong it should be £22 Per month. I received an email from O2 saying my first bill is £28.99. Couldn’t get through . When I did get through eventually at 15:20 to someone today they tell me the system is down and can I call back in an hour . They close at 5 so I don’t think it’s going to be sorted today.

Returned mobile, due to being quoted one price and invoiced much more. Customer services accept that I was misled, although they continue to hold my upfront money until they decide they're ready to refund me. No offer of goodwill forthcoming. Shocking service, understandable CW have just been fined £25 million for miss selling products.

Due to the nature of refurbished mobile phones, the original accessories can’t be guaranteed. As the item may have been handled already, we don’t include accessories such as earphones for hygiene reasons. However, it’s worth remembering that the amount of cash you’re saving on a refurbished phone is a lot more than the value of a pair of headphones, so even if you pick up an accessory or two separately, you’ll still be in pocket in the long run. No stars, I was quoted a price over the phone and purchased the contract on the basis of said deal. When I received my invoice I discovered I was mis sold the contract and costs an extra £288 more over 24months than agreed. Please cancel my order

The customer service is poor. My phone arrived damaged and I rang 3 times to arrange a return. I was told each time that I would get an email with a returns label and I did not get any email. I am very disappointed and I will have to ring again. I regret using them.

Very disappointed with recent contract purchase. Website kept flashing up an exclusive offer which then would not add to basket. Ultimately went with a Vodafone contract. Phone came Sunday. Still not connected. Two phone calls to mobiles who quoted another 3-5 days but am not convinced anything will happen. Considering cancelling and going elsewhere. One point in their favour- you could actually get through to speak to someone quite quickly which I didn’t expect. Still I am a disappointed customer.

Had new phone for over a week now and still no service. I've called them twice and vodaphone (the sim card) and no help. Vodaphone said I wasn't even an account holder meaning mobiles.co.uk hadn't even set it up. Disappointed after reading reviews telling me great company.

I ordered this phone and SIM on Friday. It arrived on Sunday. It's now Thursday the next week and the phone still isn't attached to the Vodafone network. Two calls to Vodafone and they saty that mobiles.co.uk haven't sent them an activation message yet. Two calls to mobiles.co.uk and they say that they need to EMAIL Vodafone and that it will probably be another 4-5 working days. This is the worst service I can recall in the last 6 years form a company. I paid £160 up front and feel cheated.

So far I have had the phone 5 days and it is still not connected! This has supposedly been escalated however still nothing has happened and I have had no contact. Not the best service to start off with.

I would give zero star if possible... if you find the deal with someone else take it. I still am not connected, more than five days after buying and my calling both mobiles.co.uk and Vodafone.. its driven me crazy! Whatever you do,do not cancel your other phone until its connected and factor in a long wait.. I have been told I have at least another three days, just to find out what will happen as they have specific time scales they can't do anything within - do potentially still not resolved or connected..... if you find similar elsewhere, go elsewhere.
