Total nightmare trying to keep old number when switching to vodaphone, will take 5 to 7 days, you do not tell people truth and the fact you have to go through whole registration process, wasted over 3 hours messing about with pac code etc. WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO USE YOU TO NOT WASTE THEIR TIME. TOTALLY PATHETIC.

My phone was due for delivery today and never arrived and checked with the delivery company and your selfs kept getting fobbed off buy ever one u wouldn’t cancel my order and now I have to wait a week plus for a investigation as the item was stolen while the delivery people had it 😡 I ordered it in line for ease and speed and should have just gone to a shop not happy at all , so I don’t even know when I will get a phone or where it will be sent to , all ready cost me £140 in lost wages to day and will have to have yet another day off work if it ever arrives 😡might get my credit card company to do a charge back on the £275.01 you have off mine !!!!!

I have experienced shocking customer service from mobiles.co.uk. I ordered an iPhone XR from them a couple of weeks ago & it never appeared. I contacted them via email a week ago to ask where it was. They replied saying they would need to investigate and would get back to me. I phoned a couple of days ago because I still hadn’t heard anything & the lady I was talking to said she couldn’t give me any information about it & they would contact me the next day. I’m still yet to hear anything. The money for the phone has been taken from my account but still no sign of it and I have also had to renew my previous contract. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of communication & will be very reluctant to use mobiles.co.uk again.

Asking to do a review on a phone that I did not receive. Mobiles.co.uk recalled the package half way to me. Without telling me. Do not use Mobiles.co.uk. Still waiting for my money paid upfront to be refunded. Scammers!!!! Customer service is useless.... SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Ironic that I have received this message before I have got my phone. Absolutely no contract with the customer, lost my phone and did not let me know, promised call back from a manager that did not happen!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, avoid these muppets!!!!

I have got a IPhone XR in the post. It came very quickly and is as described except I cannot make a single call on the phone. I have contacted the network provider and they have assured it is not their fault so it is a faulty handset. So I have paid a fortune for a phone that doesn’t not ring. I would never buy another phone with Mobiles.co.uk again

The initial service was very good with the phone arriving as promised, however there was no SIM card and no SIM number or mobile number. The follow up service has been dreadful.

Ordered a phone last week and still waiting! No word and where it is or when it’ll arrive! I’m sure it said it would be with me next day 🙄 hoping it’s tomorrow! O2 are already billing me for it! When I don’t have the phone!

Courteous sales agents and polite customer service agents BUT your communications channel with your delivery company dpd is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had such a bad experience. When you say you will delivery a parcel on a specific day, please do! You can’t have people waiting around all day and then not deliver their parcel at all with unacceptable excuses! This does not make me want to recommend you to a friend!!!

Poor quality of phone delivered. I am just shocked to see quality of phone delivered after spending 600pounds.Camera doesnt work. phone is too slow . I am sure there is some problem with this iphone delivered by mobiles.co.uk. Going to return the product and will never come back

Ordered phone by telephone . Told guy I wouldn't be in Friday or Saturday so can delivery be Sunday ? He said yes ... Friday phone was delivered ( I wasn't in) . Card left to say would be delivered next day , nothing . Delivery was meant to be Sunday .. Nothing . Will send phone back when I eventually receive it .. Awful company ..don't bother with them .

The delivery has casused a lot of problems. He delivered to the wrong address meaning I cannot get my delivery today as promised. Very very unhappy, will not be using mobiles.co.uk again .

Absolutely awful, no collaboration with DPD, my parcel did not arrive after two alleged delivery attempts. I find this hard to believe considering that I was home all day and did not receive any calls. A week following payment for an iPhone XR, I have not been refunded or informed as to why the parcel was returned. Spoke with a customer service operative who was in no way apt for the role as she was incredibly condescending and rude despite cognitive delays on her part. Spoke with a customer service operative for DPD who was marginally better. Both DPD and mobiles.co.uk could benefit from customer service training from Barclays and Tesco, both of which are a delight to call.

I have two numbers and despite mobiles.co.uk calling me on the right number to upgrade they wrongfully added the upgrade to my other number. This is still an ongoing issue and it has been up to me to chase them, customer service has been the worst that I have ever experienced. It’s a pity that you don’t have an option to award no stars...

The phone I ordered was not clearly priced. The actual monthly cost is £20 instead of £8 (a claim over 24 months for a refund of an amount that would take the cost of the phone to £8 has to be made by sending in statements)

I understand this may seem a little confusing, however, no false information is being portrayed. Ordered my phone two days ago. Phone arrived and o2 sim card is not working. Have rang customer service three times and have been told a different thing each time. Currently left without a working phone. Very dissapointed customer.
