Got it right in the end, but took 3 phone calls, sent wrong phone, made a phone call, got cancelled and re-set up, had to explain their error 3 times after being passed around, had to pay another upfront phone cost , prompt replacement of the right phone, but not to the correct shipping address. Still waiting for the returns sticker email to send wrong one back, and waiting for refund.. 3 days later .... Just a small point, principal really but .. if it's free postage why charge 1p .....little chance of me purchasing anything through this company again!

Sold an ee contract whilst a guy called Abdul omitted telling me very important facts about keeping the same number from the same company, very poor service, even hounding me to sell me a mis sold contract, looking into a case with offtel.

Awful. New phone was delivered two weeks ago. It was faulty. I spent time making numerous phone calls to Apple who diagnosed it as faulty. Held for 17 minutes ringing mobiles to get a replacement. No one ever answers. Tried again the next day. No answer. Rang again first think in the morning and the same message ‘we are experiencing a larger than normal volume of calls.’ I have no mobile & I’m alone with my baby. Should there be an emergency I am totally stuck. To get a replacement it’s up to me to deposit the phone at a dpd drop off service & wait another 5 days ? Poor customer service. Surely a phone can be sent within 24 hours and the same driver can collect the faulty phone. Would not go with mobiles again.

If I could give 0 out of 5 I would. I have bought many phones and this has been the most problematic! Over 48hrs later and still EE have no information of a contract with them. Even though I called yourselves and you said this would be done within this time. I have no full use of this phone and had to pay for the privilege!! My advice is steer clear!!

I have ordered from Mobiles.co.uk twice before and I thought I could rely on them to provide me with a satisfactory and prompt service but I have been severely let down. The delivery was promised to be next day however it is now 5 days on and the courier service that they rely on has lost my parcel. Unfortunately, I am not able to cancel the order until an investigation has been carried out which I believe is completely unacceptable policy. The phone did not arrive on time and they have not been able to provide a replacement in the meantime or give an acceptable solution to the issue.

Really poor. Ordered a Vodafone upgrade from the website as I was a couple of months away from the end of contract. I was very careful to select off the upgrade menu. Mobiles.co.uk put through as a new connection, meaning I now am paying for two contracts for 2 months. Went back to customer service and gave them two options to resolve this mistake - either compensate me for 2 months payments or cancel contract. Basically got told I was in my 14 day cooling off period so I could return my phone. (I would have thought any business would have paid out £70 to keep me as a customer, sure they will make more off me over the period of the contract)Anyway greed to this cancellation. I was told a DPD label had been sent to my email - it hasn't. Chased the label again today, still no reply. Terrible service from beginning to end - do not buy an upgrade under any circumstances from them. When I spoke to Vodafone I was told this is very common so not a one off mistake, it's an ongoing issue that upgrades are basically being mis-sold as new connections.

I am continually sending an email that is not being read and l am having to keep resending the same messages as they are not being read correctly!!! So frustrating how many times does it take for someone to actually read the messages??

Just received plan ISNT THE ONE I ORDERED ONLINE(yes I know what I ordered) Gave me 1gb data INSTEAD OF 2GB. Price now £22 pound instead of £16 with cash back over time bringing original payment up to £20. False advertising at it's best. Really dissapointed that much will give you one chance to rectify or going to obundsman. ANGRY DISSAPOINTED ISNT THE WORD.

Ordered a brand new Samsung mobile phone from mobiles.co.uk When the phone arrived it was not sealed. Rang Customer services and they said they would exchange the phone and send a new one out as soon as they recieved it. They received the phone today (03.06.19) but are now saying it will be 3 to 5 days to send out. I needed this as a gift for Wenesday, two separate customer service reps confirmed the new phone would be sent out as soon as they receive it. Asked to speak to a manager and told she couldn't find the manager.Absolutely shocking customer service. I have spoken to 5 different customer service reps. Still not resolved. 14.06.19 - Still havent recieved my refund. Had the standard reply, will be refunded in 3 to 5 days. The phones they class as brand new are not even sealed. BE AWARE.

Not impressed at all - there is damage to my phone and although the company would honor an exchange, I would be without a phone for 3-5 days. Given my current situation, this is not acceptable.

I Ordered through Mobiles.co.uk as they offered next day delivery and took Friday off work to receive it. It didnt turn up.. I checked the DPD website on the Saturday which stated the phone would be delivered that day(Saturday) so i waited in again..... Still didn't arrive. Saturday evening i logged back into the DPD website which still stated that it was due to be delivered that day and i found an option to upgrade for £5 to get it delivered on Sunday, which i did...... guess what, it still didn't turn up. I've now wasted 3 out of 4 days of my bank holiday, spent £5 on a delivery which never happened and worst of all am going back to work tomorrow with no phone. If DPD actually bother to deliver tomorrow then i wont be home. Mobiles.co.uk will only arrange delivery to the billing address so i dont know how im going to get the phone at all now

Perhaps the most painfull purchase ever, phone arrived no sim tray no phone charger, called customer services told to go to car phone warehouse to ask for replacements, they could not help with spares, called again asked to go back to car phone warehouse as they had authorised £15 for charger, charger was £30 after another hour on the phone with you guys left with nothing but a broken phone, in the end I purchased goods my self of Ebay mobiles.co.uk said they would send parts out to me and guess what 2 weeks later and nothing, also contract was £20 a month but vodaphone wants £21, I am considering legal action, if you guys can be bothered to sort this out my phone number is 07412888621.. BUYER BEWARE
