Bunch of idiots, don’t buy from them. Recently ordered an iPhone a day later checked my bank statement and realised that I’ve been changed twice. Called them straight away where customer services confirmed it was mistake and refund has been issued and it will be with me in 5 working days. I received no refund gave them call again been told refund was issued but there must be some error in system I should wait another 48 hours. After those 48 hours I was been surprised that there were 2 orders been placed on my name. Although I only order 1 iPhone and received 1. Now They will investigate it further and I’m going holidays for 3 weeks really not sure what to expect on my return. Really unprofessional service .. if you buy from them be sure to expect any surprises...

Absolutely disgusting. Customer service at its very worst. Phone suppled to us as new had in fact contained other person's photographs and emails. When contact was made to report this the employee hung up the call

Sales team were very helpful but my order was suddenly cancelled without explanation. The customer service team would not tell me why. Mobiles.co.uk have taken money from my bank and set up a Direct but I have had no emails or letters confirming any refunds or cancellation of my contract. I’ve used them in the past with no issues but experience this time has been dreadful. I made a complaint and was told I wouldn’t even get a response and it would just be dealt with as an internal matter.

Very disappointed, hasn’t got the mobile yet. I’ve chosen it to be delivered on Saturday the 26th because I was supposed to be at home. They came on Friday the 25th; naturally nobody was at home. Then they set the delivery date on Saturday but cancelled later evening. Then again they set the date on Sunday and cancelled again late evening. Now they set the date today Monday. Just playing with my precious time. DPD is so bad.

Delivery is very slow. I have still not received my phone and for all I know they don’t actually sell phones and are a scam. Definitely avoid!!!!

Ordered the phone on a Friday with a countdown to receive next day, Saturday. Order placed and tracking info sent, arrived at DPD depot early hours, DPD app said tracking for delivery time would be available by 11 AM, nothing showing used Chat service who eventually told me that Mobiles.co.uk contract did not include weekends! On delivery the following Monday we waited in tract the delivery got to our number to have a message that the driver had tried to deliver and had pushed a card through the door! The driver took a picture of our street sign as prof he’d been to our house. Called the control center who rang and messaged the driver to turn back who ignored all attempts to contact him. Parcel finally arrived Tuesday after my wife had to stop the driver on the main road with the help of some workmen and finally took delivery. I tried to contact mobiles.co.uk, you can only email them with auto responses they will come back to you within 2 working days, complete waste of time I can not of recommend dealing with this company, go to a more well known brand as this one which is a Curry’s subsidiary, do not care once they have your order.

I ordered my phone on Tuesday expecting it to arrived Wednesday as advertised. It’s now Saturday and still no sign of the phone and no communication from Mobiles.co.uk to explain or provide an update, despite me getting in touch twice. I definitely wouldn’t buy from here again.

Ordered a phone that arrived in DPD depot but then DPD lost in their own depot! Tried cancelling the order with mobiles.co.uk but they refused to let me as the phone had not been found. Utterly bizarre and frustrating. Wasted so long on the phone with these people.

This is the second prompt I’ve had from mobiles.co.uk to write a review and I still don’t have my phone which was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, pretty poor customer service in my opinion

Shocking customer service advertise one price but it is not the real price of the contract phoned customer 5 times ended up being hung up on 3 times sending the phone I would give 0 stars

Shocking service, driver claimed he had tried to deliver but we were out and a card had been posted, he then posted. Picture of the street sign not the door. We were standing in the drive waiting for him! I called the service centre who were very good, they immediately tried to contact the driver. He ignored all the calls from the depot and the messages to turn around and redeliver. Delivery was scheduled for 11:30, after 4 calls to the depot they had no answer as to why the driver had ignored all attempts to contact him, and he would have a talking to!!

I ordered brand new Iphone Xs and guess what it was faulty. The customer service is very rude when asked for exchange. their courier takes 5 days and they investigate for 5 days to see what problem is and then think of exchange. Without phone for 6 days now however paying for monthly services. Pathetic service

Extremely bad customer service and a policy for after sales. Obviously customer is not very important to them, as they're really interested once the item been sold. Cannot replace faulty goods straight away in the store if you buy online to make matters worse their call centre staff are rude and tone of their voice is very unpleasant. I would never do business with them ever again

Purchasing experience was fairly seemless, however I was overcharged by a penny - not a huge financial loss by any stretch, but an over charge is an overcharged. I contacted customer services via email and after a hefty delay (which was apologised for) I was told that they couldn't refund me as the overcharge was less than a pound. Their email is below: --- Thank you for your email. Please accept my apology for the delay in response to your query. As the amount is less than £1, I am unable to process a refund for the £0.01 you have mentioned I hope this information helps. --- Clearly I didn't find this information helpful, and the lack of apology for the overcharge is a further insult. I used my card provider to chargeback the 1p but again, it's the principle and lack of accountability which is shameful here.
