Unable to comment as dpd delivery driver didn’t deliver my phone even though I was waiting at my property. Feeling frustrated and angry. I suggest you change your courier provider.

I’ve owned my phone for 5 days now and it is still not functional. It arrived without the SIM being activated. So far, I have spent over an hour on the phone to both Vodafone and mobiles.co.uk, as well as visiting both Vodafone and Carphone Warehouse stores (as advised by different customer service representatives). Vodafone were willing to activate my SIM only if I agreed to pay an extra £16 per month, they would not activate it for the price quoted by mobiles.co.uk. My correspondence from mobiles.co.uk has gone from ‘it takes 24 hours’ to ‘it can take up to 48 hours’ and then ‘it can take up to 5 days’. I intend to return my phone for a refund as I have lost all faith in this being resolved.

Received my phone next day, but the SIM doesn't connected to Vodafone, I contact Vodafone for support but they said I needed to speak with Mobiles.co.uk customer service, in which I did - which I was still given no recourse or help, only that it was out of their hands and I need to wait. Never had this problem with any other provider before.

Phone arrived quickly and on time. The sim had not been activated- have been waiting a week and now told to wait another week. What a joke!

Received new phone on the 2nd September, now it’s the 6th September, phoned customer services 4 times, told it will take 24 hours, then next phone call 49 hours, next phone call it could take 5 working days, to what activate the phone, I have had many new phones over the years, but really 5 WORKING DAYS, so it’s still saying NO SERVICE, called Vodafone, and the sim is not even registered with them, wasted laods of time, and no results just yet......HELP

Phone arrived and SIM wasn’t activated - rang Vodaphone to register and was told that they couldn’t offer me the same monthly price and that I would have to pay £16 per month extra to register my account over the phone. Was told that the only way that I can pay the monthly amount quoted by mobiles.co.uk is by physically visiting a Vodaphone or Carphone Warehouse store and registering my account in-store. I haven’t tried this yet but not impressed with the service so far! An online order shouldn’t require a visit to a store to activate.

Sold a phone which cant be used for network issues and have had no support in resolving the matter which has led me to lose cutomers for my buisness, i will be looking at the 14 refund policy

Having confirmed the order, mobiles.co.uk then cancelled the order and delivery. When I contacted them they confirmed that it had been cancelled by them but they couldn’t tell me why nor discuss it further. Worst customer service ever!!!

After 5 days and 4 different phone calls the mobile was still not connected to a network! We’ve never had any issues like this when getting a new mobile. Returning the mobile as sick of waiting to be connected.

Ordering and handset delivery all great, after that appalling. Mobile.co blaming network, network telling me they’d not heard from Mobile.co. 5 days later still no connection.

They sent me the phone, but which was locked to someone else’s Apple ID. I had to send it back and so Even though I am paying for a contract, I have no phone, even though it was their mistake, they didn’t say sorry or hurry a new phone out to me. I have no idea when I will get a new phone as there is no communication. Quite disappointing customer service.

What they advertise on the website and what you get is not the same. Be warned. Even if you call up to complete the order they'll mislead you there too. Nobody wants to actually deal with the situation. They'll send you to your network provider, who'll send you back to Mobiles.co.uk, who'll send you back to your network provider and...you get the point. Everyone just seems to fall back on the "14 day cooling off period" like it's some sort of benefit - yes that's helpful in a situation like this however getting the product you were sold, and having a service capable of rectifying the situation quickly and easily is what customers want more that the protection of distance selling regulations. Sometimes of the offer looks too good to be true, it probably is. Avoid, won't use again.

The sim wont register with O2. Mobiles.co.uk wont help nor will O2. O2 intfact say the tariff is wrong despite this not being a cash back deal. Basically I feel like a victim of fraud.

Next day delivery - apparantly they weren't able to deliver as nobody home so they posted a card through the door - both lies - we were home ALL DAY. No card delivered either!

Still waiting for SIM card to be activated someone made a mistake so can’t use my phone till Wednesday so very disappointed at the moment, that will be a full week
