The cost of the iPhone deal was competitive but it ends there. The phone arrived but the sim took over a week to connect. The call centre waits were 50 minutes long, once I waited 50 minutes then the call was ended before I spoke to anyone. Great phone but very poor customer service

Mis sold item. Wrong description of offer. Took a while to get some refund and weeks later still waiting for further refund. Customer services was a stressful experience. Would never buy from here again. Awful.

I signed up for a sim only deal and it took one week for the SIM to arrive, I was not happy with the deal as it was advertised as £8 a month and I'm having to pay out £20 a month and every few months I have to submit a bill to receive a cheque of the payment difference. I phoned to cancel the package to be told I'm over my two weeks, I only had the SIM for a week, they said from when it was purchased on line was within the time scale so for how long it takes for the SIM to arrive it going against there refund policy because it's only two weeks. Now I have a sim that I'm paying £20 a month and not £8 and every few months have to send a bill to be reimbursed. Not a simple site and won't use mobiles. Co again

Hi Michelle, Firstly I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused with the tariff price for your contract. From what you have advised it seems that this is a cashback deal. The £20 a month would be the amount before the cashback which is the monthly contractual amount you would pay. In order to get the cashback, you would need to claim £144 cashback by redemption. If you log into your account and select the 'My Cashback' Section, you can check the bills you need to submit. In regards to your return, you would have 14 days to get in touch regarding the return. Chapter of problems. First DPD did not deliver when promised and no notification given, Arrived 24 hours later than advised. Then when I decided to return phone lines so busy spent ages often 45 mins on phone without getting through. E mails not answered within timescales system. Still awaiting refund after numerous calls over 2 weeks after phone returned. Really disappointed

Very poor customer service. Initially sent me a faulty phone which took a week to resolve and many hours on hold/talking to customer service representatives most of whom would give a different answer to the one before.

Hi Jamie, Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your cashback as of yet. If you have taken out a deal for automatic cashback it can take 60 days from the order date to receive the cashback. If the deal that you have purchased is for cashback by redemption, you would need to provide the bills for the cashback month that you are claiming. You can check which bills are required by signing into your account and selecting the 'My Cashback' section. Plan should be 30gb of data but came from O2 with 15gb. Sent numerous emails to sort but no reply. I do not recommend this company.

Website deal said £90 upfront fee but when I click the buy button I was charged £540 due to deal changing. This left me overdrawn and it will take 4 to 5 days for the refund to come through!
