Absolutely horrendous service managers have no consideration for customers. Trying to get a refund on the telephone which I returned due to them not telling me that I could not keep my telephone number with Vodafone on the new contract that I taken out with them is impossible. I am three weeks in the waiting still for the refund and had to get my credit card company on to them to try and get sorted never take out a mobile phone contract with mobiles.co.uk. Awful

Refunds can take 5 working days to be processed from the day that we have logged the return in our warehouse. It's been almost three weeks and they still haven't refunded the second payment they took from my account - claiming the bank was holding it when in fact the bank has said they took both payments straight away. Not good service, passed between departments and waiting days between answers. Not good just before Christmas!

Mobiles could not activate my new SIM card for 5 days! I had no option bu to cancel the contract. Poor service - no service at all!

My black Friday order in checkout was incorrect. I had to call them back on 3 occasions to get resolved. Each waiting time around 45 mins. I was promised a £20 as a way to say sorry...never received! Eventually got the right phone, but their customer service is terrible and I hope I never have to contact them again. Fran

Terrible and absolutely disappointing service. Still waiting for a full refund despite them making an error and me having to chase them. First and last time I will use mobiles.co.uk. I would definitely not recommend!

I actually returned my product and have still not received any confirmation about that 18 days later. I have been on the phone 5 times trying to get an idea of what is happening without much result.

Had to take me 3 weeks of constant phoning to get my phone. You tried to tell me there was no iPhone replacements until I spoke to a manager! Would never use the company again!

I would never use them again. Phone went missing during delivery, didn’t receive it for almost 2 weeks. Then when I got it the network didn’t connect and they keep fobbing me off. Bad customer service, takes at least 10 mins to get through, rude and unhelpful and still not resolved.

SIM supplied would not register. Eventually established that Mobiles.co.uk had supplied the wrong SIM from the information they had provided to the service provider. Several weeks without service and still no resolution as yet.

Ordered a phone on the 28th of November. Didn’t receive the phone, I was told it was lost. Mobile customer service didn’t help at all and said they’ll investigate which took two weeks. Won’t be buying from the website ever.

I was charged twice for my order . When i phoned mobiles.co.uk and asked the question about being refunded they hung up the phone on me.

Told me due to security reasons, my application was unsuccessful so I purchased another phone from a different company, paid them money and then received another email to say my phone would be delivered so I had two contracts and had to go through the ballache of cancelling one and trying to get my money back.
