“After feeling slightly disappointed when I received the email informing me that the handset I ordered wasn’t available for another 5 days, I contacted the customer service team to sort out the 1p payment issue then went on with my day, later I called to clarify that the order went through okay, to be told “great news, we can get the phone out to you for tomorrow”. Now we were a bit sceptical after reading many bad reviews but to our surprise we have the phone as promised and all is good. I also wanted to add that a lot of the bad reviews are people having numbers ported before receiving their phones, I would recommend doing as I did and wait till you have the phone and sim in hand before setting all that in motion. We all know what delivery services are like in the UK. Thank you very much and happy new year”
