“Purchasing process works ok, but I did read both yours & iD t&c's fully but nowhere did I see that the monthly charge would increase by CPI +3.9% every April, despite specifically looking for this, until iD's order confirmation email was received. This needs to be made clear at the front end of the order process. I'm toying whether to continue with the contract or cancel at present!”

“I was very happy with Mobiles.co.uk who dealt with my order very quickly & it seemed like a very good deal. The only reason I didn't give them 5 out of 5 stars was because the courier messed up & got confused by our house number & so we didn't get the delivery the next day but instead the day after.”
