Really easy to pick phone and contract off the Web site . Customer service was really easy to help you out if you do have a problem and the delivery was really fast . Hope the rest of the service is just as good I would recommend you to me friends and family to come away from the big phone network

Phone came no SIM card arrived ,phoned mobile phones and they couldnt help told me to phone Vodaphone who hadn’t received an order now have no phone that works and have be on hold for an hour now .

The phone was broken and did not have an apple battery so didn’t work had to be returned to currys

Purchasing process works ok, but I did read both yours & iD t&c's fully but nowhere did I see that the monthly charge would increase by CPI +3.9% every April, despite specifically looking for this, until iD's order confirmation email was received. This needs to be made clear at the front end of the order process. I'm toying whether to continue with the contract or cancel at present!

I was very happy with Mobiles.co.uk who dealt with my order very quickly & it seemed like a very good deal. The only reason I didn't give them 5 out of 5 stars was because the courier messed up & got confused by our house number & so we didn't get the delivery the next day but instead the day after.
