“Our experience actually ranges from poor to normal. Sometimes its OK but sometimes obvious things are missed, and how good the clean is appears to vary depending on who is doing the cleaning. e.g blinds or surfaces wont be dusted even when they are very obviously dusty, we notice obvious cobwebs in certain areas of the house that seem to get missed (to the extent that my other half and I now have bets with each other as to when the cleaners will spot them!), the toilet doesn't seem to be cleaned very well etc. We don't expect it to be perfect and it would be fine if certain jobs were rotated rather than being addressed every week - there is only so much you can do in the allotted cleaning time. But given that you have consistently put your prices up year on year, I do think the standard could be better and we are considering trying someone else.”

“Think the cleaning pair have changed because I find a layer of dust, blinds wonky, cushions not plumped. Not that the place is still dirty, just not as wonderful as it used to be :-)”

“Overall I am happy with the service. It is very reliable. The quality of cleaning is generally very good but can be a bit variable, and I suspect that I have a range of different cleaners rather than the same ones each time.”

“Very reliable in terms of punctuality and quality of work. It's been really good to have the same team over a considerable period - they are particularly friendly and sympathetic, as well as doing a good job. But it has also worked out reasonably well when you have had to send deputies.”

“We did have a regular team of the same 2 ladies, then for several weeks different teams came and each time the service was varied, sometimes one team would do one thing and then the next time another team did some other area of cleaning, so gaps could happen in what we expected. However, we now have the continuous service of a regular team of very pleasant and willing ladies who know what we require and therefore we are very content.”

“It is very helpful to have the same team (who know us) and a reliable time that they arrive. In the vast majority of visits the work is done to a good standard and on the occasions when something has not been done to my satisfaction, the response I have had from Emma in the office has been quick and entirely appropriate, whether it is a reduction in the price or a return to do the job properly. We have been with Molly Maids for many years now and see no reason to change.”

“On the whole I am pleased with my experience of Molly Maid when I have needed to change the cleaning day it has not been a problem . The only criticism I have is on occasions the girls have been given new cleaning jobs to do and our clean has been delayed and as a regular client I feel we should have priority over a new clean !!”
