Delivery received in a crushed box But worse to come when it was opened The care card says roses are protected with petal guards ... nonsense. They were wilted .. Sunflowers drooping with brown leaves. How dare you send something like this out Then to add insult to injury refund or new flowers offered. You should have automatically refunded, offered to resend flowers free of charge and give compensation to sent to apologise for the embarrassment caused in such an awful delivery.

My sister sent me a wedding card and a gift for my wedding. The card was a large card and Moonpig folded the card in half to fit it in the box with the gift (obviously to save on postage). The card was not even in an envelope, it is also badly damaged. An absolute disgrace... Will think twice before using Moonpig now.

Rose plant arrived in an oversized box with inadequate packing to keep it upright. Plant had tipped over soaking my birthday card and loosening all the plant. The plant flowers themselves were starting to rot. NOT good enough and moonpig was paid £24 for this by a university student!!!!

Have used moonpig for many years, as I live in france it is easy to use for family occasions etc. In July I ordered a cars for my nephew, it arrived the day after his birthday having ordered it with plenty of time. So with that in mind, my 2nd nephew was 18 on 25th August, I ordered with extra time. It still hasn't arrived today the 27th. Tried complaining etc, waste of time. Avoid.... waste of money!

I’ve received two 50th gifts from good friends (one overseas) the flowers didn’t last a week when most do from supermarkets I get them from. The other was a box of chocolates that I received in return from holiday and put them in the fridge. Opened them a week later and they were congealed. No doubt my friends paid a premium for this service but there should be extra care delivering chocolates when the weather is hot. It’s also frustrating when their website doesn’t allow a customer to mention these things. ‘Contact us’ is very limited and non- existent for the gift receivers.

I ordered a card in good time for my grandson’s birthday. I know deliveries are taking slightly longer than usual but up to 7 days for first-class is unacceptable. I complained via Live Chat which was a complete waste of time. I think I was talking to a robot. I have used Moonpig for many years but not any more. Extremely bad customer service. And there are other equally good online card companies to use so I will now switch to one of them. I expected more from Moonpig. They have spoilt my grandson’s birthday as I will not be able to get another card to him in time. Dreadful attitude and customer service.

What went wrong ?.....well Moonpig, how long is a piece of string? I have been using Moonpig for a number of years and my experience with them was good until last week. I had ordered two lovely presents + cards to be delivered to our son in Denton Manchester, 10 days before his birthday, which was on August 13th 2020. Note, we, his parents live in France, so I thought I would make sure Moonpig had plenty of time to sort out for me ! One present + card was delivered on the said day. The right card arrived, but unfortunately, it had the wrong greeting inside. It said " Happy 60th...from Barbara and Ian ", when in fact it should have said " To Jonny, happy 37th birthday, Love Mum and Dad ". The first one was delivered by a courier. For the second parcel and card, I was contacted by e-Mail from Royal Mail that they were unable to deliver this second parcel as the property was not accessible on the day. So, how come the courier could deliver the first parcel but Royal Mail couldn't deliver their parcel !!?? Our son confirmed his driveway and house was accessible !!! The e-Mail I received from Royal Mail said they would deliver the next day but lo and behold, they decided to try and deliver the same day in the afternoon without advising our son/anyone. When they tried to deliver, he had already left the house, so they left a note to say they would deliver the following day/ or he could go to the P.O. to collect. Our son looked at the card which they left, for hours of opening, but unfortunately, he was too late to collect, but it did say they were open 9am-12pm on Saturday morning. He arrived at the P.O. on Saturday morning to collect at 11.30 am, but lo and behold, they were closed...surprise surprise !!! The note also said , if not collected, it would be delivered the following Monday. Did it arrive on Monday....? absolutely not !!….to cut a long story short, it arrived on the following Wednesday, 19th August, 6 days after his birthday !!!!! Well, Moonpig and Royal Mail...you have convinced me to NEVER use you again ! p.s. We sincerely hope " Barbara and Ian ", that your card finally made its correct destination. Otherwise, I am assuming, there will be yet another complaint to Moonpig !!!!

I received a big box for my birthday, inside were flowers, chocolates and a balloon ! How exciting! I unpacked the flowers, put the plant food in fresh water in vase. On unpacking the flowers a lot of the buds from the lilies fell out, one stalk had nothing left on and both of the others had the top buds broken off . The snapdragons were drooping and lots of the bottom flowers were shrivelled. The other pink flowers? Have not opened and the leaves were brown. 4 days later there is not a lot to admire about them. I think they had been packed for quite sometime as the wadding was not that wet.!? I am most disappointed, also the fact that my daughter spent, no doubt, a lot of money to send me what she thought was a lovely present. 🙁

I’m really disappointed with the flowers I have received from Moonpig. Today it’s my birthday, my work colleagues sent me some flowers yesterday afternoon. After receiving the parcel I’ve opened it immediately and putting the flowers in fresh water. The flowers were squashed in places and few were broken. Today, less than 24 hours from delivery, all the roses are already droopy and brown, and some of the foliage is already brown too! I had flowers from the supermarket that last me more than a week! I’m very disappointed.

I’ve been loyal Moonpig user for a few years now and been using them for delivering cards and flowers on numerous special occasions. And all has been absolutely amazing up until 2 weeks ago. What happened is that I didn’t receive my card on time and had no support from the customer’s service. I’ve ordered a card on 1st August which I need for the 8th. Card didn’t arrive at all and on the 7th August I contacted the customer’s service and did let them know that the card hasn’t arrived, despite being distracted on the 3rd. I’ve explained that I need that card for the 7th. The lady dealing with my query apologised and reassured me that the card will arrive the following day (8th August), and it will be dispatched with Saturday special delivery. This didn’t happen at all and I was let down by Moonpig for a second time. I wrote to them on the 9th explaining the case, again, and I had another apology. This time they’ve made the mistake and instead for a special delivery on Saturday the 8th they’ve put special delivery for Saturday the 15th. Another long apology from the person dealing with my case, and another reassurance that the card will be dispatched on Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday the 11th. This was 4 days later than I needed the card for so I was deeply disappointed. But, on the 11th the card wasn’t dispatched yet and I wrote to them for a 3rd time expressing my feelings of frustration and how bad they’ve treated me. Can you guess? This time no one was even bothered to apologise or even respond to my email, despite that it had been read and it had an allocated person to deal with it. Eventually, the card arrived on Thursday 13th August and it had to go straight to the bin as it wasn’t needed anymore. I’ve made aware all of my friends using Moonpig to stop doing so and find an alternative way. There’re so many other ways of ordering personalised cards, flowers and gifts. Anyone out there being let down by Moonpig and the heir customer’s support, please do not fall for their apologies. I’ve been given £5 discount on my next order as a ‘gesture of good will’. Moonpig, you can take those £5 and maybe invest in your staff as you’ll never see an order from me, nor from my friends!

Somebody sent me a lovely gift but moonpig shipped a blank card for a irrelevant occasion with it. I have no idea who sent it to me as they won’t tell me who sent it despite me supplying customer reference number. Makes me look ungrateful as I don’t know who to thank. Sort it out!
