I ordered a card for my daughters 50th birthday on 29th July. I got notification to say it was posted first class on 28th. It has just arrived 1st August. No good to me now. Straight in the bin. Will never use moonpig again

I ordered flowers and a card for my wife to be delivered on our a Wedding anniversary. As nothing had arrived by 2.40 I contacted moonpig on their chat line. I was given a tracking number that revealed the items had been dispatched but no ETA. I asked to speak to a manager but was told the phones were not working The card and flowers arrived just before 6.30pm.as we were about to go out for a meal. I emailed their uk MD Nickyl Raithatha but after 3 days have had no reply. Even if this chap is away its customary for an officer of a company's emails to be monitored. I consider this ti be bad manners and poor customer service

I have used Moonpig many times, especially over the last 4 months and have been delighted with their service. I placed an order on the 1st June for a large birthday card and a bottle of champagne to be sent to my goddaughter on her 40th birthday. The card arrived on time but no bottle of champagne materialised. I have written to the company 6 times requesting an explanation but to date, no one has replied to one of my emails. Very, very disappointed.

Total waste of time and money. Had a card sent for a birthday well in advance. Its been 4 days since birthday and still no card delivered. Rubbish service after having paid £7 plus for a straightforward card and postage charge. Would've been better off just posting it myself as usual. A lot cheaper too!!

The “bouquet “ for want of a better description consisted of 11 pieces of greenery - 3 roses only two had heads on - 2 daisies - 1 Lilly and two ( not sure what ) tiny buds on a long stalk- 14 bud heads loose in the packaging -no doubt they cost my son a few bob I have not told him of my disappointment as he lives in Chester and is not likely to see how poor the flowers are however I feel strongly that you should contact the supplier and ask for an explanation - in the past on occasions I have had Moonpig Boquets never have they been as poor as these I do hope you will take this supplier to task - regards Doris Tolfrey

I found that I could not remove my name from the address details when sending the card to a named address. Tried the chat line immediately, to no effect. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Answer was nothing could be done. Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. This company seems to be staffed by robots not human beings.

I received a lovely pink box as a gift for my 50th birthday but when I opened it the bottle of Prosecco I was sent was lying on top of the unprotected rose plant in the box, the plant was therefore squashed and half dead with buds already falling off & dry soil spilling out. What should have been a lovely surprise was very disappointing. I tried complaining via the online chat service as I did not want to complain to my friend but was told there was nothing they could do without the Order number and they were extremely unhelpful. It was a really bad advert for moon pig all round!

I recently paid for 2 cards to be sent to Hong Kong. One arrived several days after my son’s birthday and the other (for my grandson’s 1st birthday several days ago) has still not been delivered 17 days after posting. Moonpig should advise potential customers that they should allow several weeks for delivery to Hong Kong. I have used Moonpig twice and each time the service has been dreadful. I don’t recommend Moonpig’s overseas service and certainly won’t be using the company again.

I feel the service was mid-sold and when a complaint was raised the response was less than satisfactory. 7 days to delivery a birthday card is not what you would expect from their sales info but apparently it is in the T&C’s - if I had seen this I would not have ordered. £24 later, birthday has been and gone, no refund and no apology. Day 6 and still no card.....

The Sweetness bouquet. Flowers arrived in very poor condition and most of them dead after 2 days. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

Shocking service, my daughter was sent a card and bottle of champagne for her birthday 26th May for her birthday on the 30th. After her poor godmother spent hours online trying to trace it and promises of it being resent, it finally arrived yesterday, June 26th, it took exactly 1 month. For once, it wasn;t the courier, it had just never been sent.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a fathers day card a week before fathers day. It stated that delivery would be with royal mail and would take 3-5 days. The card didn't arrive. When I contacted moonpig I was informed i had ordered an E card. I told them that at no point it was mentioned it was an E card. It was sold as a greeting card with would be delivered by royal mail. I have never heard of royal mail delivering an E card. When I mentioned this the conversation ended and another message came up saying hello how can we help 😡 what an absolute rubbish company. I will never use again and dont recommend anyone else to either. Fucnky pigeon all the way.

I ordered an orchid for a friend who was moving house. After 7 days,my friend who was very embarrassed explained that the orchid blooms died I contacted you twice and was told after 5 days ,you wouldn’t replace the plant. I have never ever had an orchid where the blooms died in such a short time. I am disgusted with your customer services and will never order anything from you again.

Twice now this company has let me down, they first sent a card with the wrong personalised message (which was quite offensive and caused some issues for me) and have now completely failed to deliver a card and gift set valued over £30 with several attempts to contact them to resolve this being completely unsuccessful. I have learnt my lesson and will not be using their services again.

WORST Customer service EVER!! Order only part delivered, gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to use them. sent fathers day card and bottle of port, box just thrown over locked gate, smashed ruined. tried to complain, no telephone number, 167th in the queue online chat which I stayed on for 30mins got down to 101st and then it chucked me out and I went back to 166th ! So resorted to contacting them via email 3 days ago, still no reply........I will never use them again.
