Ordered a card and gift to be delivered 9th November. Ordered over a week before birthday and today is when it should have been delivered. It wasn't until mid afternoon that I received an email saying my delivery was for the next day! It was being sent via Royal Mail tracking. I contacted Moonpig and Karen replied to my message where I vented my anger and disgust. She told me that my parcel was posted yesterday via Royal Mail? Never knew Royal Mail post offices were open on a Sunday. I was offered a refund of postage and did not at anytime say I accepted this as I wanted answers as to why this order had gone wrong. I ended up asking for email address of Managing Director but she said she was not allowed to give it saying I should write to the complaints department. (After reading the reviews below I guess they are swamped with complaints and I should have read the reviews as if I had I would never had trusted this company with my request) Karen reiterated to me that she had refunded £10 to my account which is not what I wanted to hear. I still want answers and I will make sure thus complaint gets through to the MD and my complaint is not just pushed under the carpet. My advice to anyone thinking of using this company to send good wishes for whatever reason to a person you choose please don't as they can not be trusted to deliver on time.

Moonpig are great with cards. BUT DO NOT ORDER GIFTS FROM MOONPIG BECAUSE MORE OFTEN THEN NOT YOU WILL BE LET DOWN !!! BASICALLY THE FIRST YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT IT IS WHEN THE PERSON YOU SEND A GIFT TOO AS IN MY CASE MY SONS BIRTHDAY & HE DOES NOT RECEIVE THE GIFT & WHEN YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE ATTITUDE IS THEY REALLY DON'T CARE & THEY WILL ORGANISE A REFUND THAT YOU ONLY RECEIVE BECAUSE YOU ASKED WHERE YOUR IMPORTANT PRESENT FOR THAT IMPORTANT DAY. IF THE REST OF THE COMPANY IS LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF CLOWNS.

Preferred a bouquet of flowers for my wife’s birthday. They didn’t even last 24 hours! Dreadful! An utter waste of money. Will never use moonpig.com again.

My daughter always sends me flowers through you because she's paid a lot of money she would be terribly hurt if I told her the flowers were disgusting.So I've never told her and I don't want to appear ungrateful but I feel you should not send poor quality flowers

Chocolate hamper arrived but didn’t find out who had sent it until card arrived 2 days later. Chocolate hamper disappointed especially the quantity and quality of products. (Cookies went in the bin can make better ones myself) tasted bitter. Not worth £25

I had no problem with my card however I was offered cash back after purchasing the item. I then continued to fill in the form and then a month later I got stung with a £15 membership fee ! I didn’t know I was signing up to a membership oh and also I did not receive any cash back. Honestly I feel scammed and ashamed of myself ! I am normally really good with things like this but I wouldn’t have though moonpig which is a large company with so that to their customers. Don’t bother use the local card shop and just shop local. I’m sick of these big online company’s ripping us off !!!

I sent a gift of in a basket with a plant, chocolates and wine for a birthday. Unfortunately no card arrived with the gift, they did not know who has sent the gift. I contacted customer care not at all helpful.

Ordered a card with a picture upload. Wanted the picture, plain, nothing added so ignored the box that said add text here. They printed the card with Add text here across the picture. How bleep stupid. Too late to do anything about it. Never again - there are other companies available who will get my business!

Just received flowers from my son for my birthday. Really disappointed to find a bunch of completely drooped leaves with a few tight buds of alestromeria in the box. Certainly not worth ANY money. Maybe moonpig should stick to cards and not offer extras!!!

Absolutely disgusting, don’t be fooled by them. They promise to get your card/gift delivered on time and they fail. When you try and speak to customer service they say it’s your fault you didn’t check delivery times. DON’T USE THEM DEFINITELY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED

Shocking online customer service for what was a simple request within less than an hour of making my order. Refused to cancel an item or change the delivery date And charged me £8 shipping. I asked to make a complaint and they kept fobbing me off and then They left the chat. Their website is rubbish and won’t be ordering from again. I really hope my colleague gets her correct leaving gift on time and In one piece. Bunch of muppets :(

My birthday has been spoiled by your flowers, ordered by my daughter and son I law. I am totally disgusted and depressed to think what I got for what they have spent. They should get their money back. When I have spoken to them I will totally did Moonpig on line

Order placed on Sunday for a delivery of flowers on Tuesday for a special occasion but just not delivered. When I spoke to customer service they just offer to reorder or give refund. Extremely disappointing I won’t be using them again. Unfortunately for me I hadn’t looked up reviews I thought they would be a good company but having read reviews I now realise this is not a one off😡

App does not have a save area for cards in progress. They immediately go to the basket. It does not ask if all 3 cards should be sent to the same address. I was only sending off one card And it’s now got 3. 2 were incomplete and Should not Have been for that address I have been trying to contact Moonpig since last night but they only open at 9.30

My item never arrived, yodel stated ‘item left in a safe place’; but clearly was not. Neither yodel or Moonpig we’re able to assist or resend. Not happy at all as my friend was suffering with a death in the family. Disappointed to say the least.
