Miserable broken flowers

Ordered birthday card and present on the 8th December for delivery on 14th December. Plenty of time to establish if there would be an issue with stock. The delivery never turned up. For the last 3 days I have received an email saying it will be delivered tomorrow, only for it not to turn up. I have today cancelled the order after contacting the company via the live chat and being informed it is actually out of stock at the moment, why did you not tell me this earlier? I have been told I will have to wait 5-10 days for the money to be returned to my account, how do they propose I re buy the now very late card and present when they have my money? Be interesting to see if the last delivery I ever order gets delivered on time on the 21st December.

What Moonpig should ask is what went right! The answer being nothing! Surely this this organisation should be investigated for fraud. Time and again they continue to fail to deliver! Yet they fail to refund? How do they get away? Please please do not give them any money or business. They are one big con!

Bought the card, asked to be delivered on or before 11th December for our sons 30th which was on 14th December, didn't arrive until 15th December, poor show from a less than average company, will not use sgain

Not reliable, you enter addresses and they disappear and the functionality is rather poor. Recommend you look elsewhere until they get their software working properly. Chat not very helpful (probably trying to deal with other users at the same time).

Christmas flowers from my son in New Zealand were just left outside my door in the cold this morning and the box was crushed and partly open. There was no knock or bell to alert me and I didn’t find them until I went out to the dustbin. The majority of the flowers were limp/damaged - I salvaged them but they look exceedingly unattractive in the vase. They came with gold sprayed foliage which I had to abandon as the gold was coming off on everything it touched including my hands. A great disappointment and I shall be alerting my son not to use Moonpig for flowers again.

I ordered a Birthday card for my Mum 7 days before her Birthday from Moonpig. Today is my Mum’s Birthday and I don’t have a card to give her, it hasn’t arrived. Very disappointed, I managed to get a refund but that doesn’t make up for the fact that I haven’t got my Mum a Birthday card.

Well! My sister ordered flowers for my birthday as a surprise and what a surprise it was!!!!!!!! The flowers were wilted and of very poor quality. Alstroemeria supposedly, not at all impressed. After paying £22.00, my sister would be horrified to know that she paid for rubbish!! (Obviously I will not tell her). I have had them 3 days now and hardly any flowers open. You can stick Moonpig!!!!! So disappointed. J. Howarth.

I've tried to chase my order with Moonpig which the Moonpig website shows it should have arrived by now, The rep from Moonpig just dismissed me, by saying that i just need to wait and if nothing arrives by next Tuesday then get in touch even though my order should have arrived with me last Friday.

USE FUNKY PIGEON INSTEAD. I have used Moonpig for the last 13 years but this year 2020 their service has been absolutely shocking. 4 orders placed and never receive products. On complaining their go to is to give you a credit on your account. After 3 credits and having to complain yet again, they offered me another credit and I stated there was no pint as I would not be using Moonpig ever again. Please use Moonpig only if you want celebratory cards delivered late or not at all

Still no sign of our card a day after our wedding anniversary. Chat agent said order was lost in transit and offered a £5 credit and replace order which won't get delivered by next week..if only our anniversary was next week. A refund and a credit doesn't undo the stress and frustration caused. Lost faith and won't be using their services in the future

My friend sent me a gerbera bouquet yesterday for my birthday. They are half dead with some having broken stems and others having lots of petals missing. I can't tell her because she would be so upset. Very poor service from yourselves. I think you need to review your flower supplier.

Stole my money scammed me out of 7 quid for my nephews birthday card never arrived apparently posted first class Monday and still no card!!! Will never ever use this cowboy company again GET OFF MY TV!!!

Ordered a birthday card in plenty of time however card eventually arrived 2 days late! Won’t be using Moonpig again. Tried to speak to someone at Moonpig, no luck!

I have been a customer for years, back when you could pre-pay balance then just order cards as needed. Over the years things have changed, you can no longer do pre pay etc, which is fair enough. However the final straw was when I wanted to change ISP and so need to change my email address. No. Cant be done. Basic gdpr request to update my details, nope. Will happily delete my account ( oh yeah they want me to lose that prepay balance). Suggested I set up a new account under new email. Then I will have to add all the names and addresses and birthday reminders again. If I am having to do that, it will be with a different company, one which allows my email address to be updated when I next change ISP. Bitterly dissapointed in this awful customer service experience. I will be using up my prepay balance and leaving

Order placed for surprise gift. Advised Friday. Then changed to Saturday. Then wasn't delivered and returned. Can't call them up they have no phone service. The message forum crashes so takes an hour to sort something that takes 10 minutes. Huge inconvenience and occasion ruined by compensation of 3.49 delivery refund. Won't use them again.

I ordered a card for my son's birthday last weekend. The card has not arrived. I then checked with two other people I have sent cards to in the last few months because I remember thinking at the time that it was not usual that they didn't say they had received their cards - they usually do. Neither had received. I cannot see how Moonpig can blame this on Royal Mail - it is incredibly unlikely they would have lost 3 orders. Therefore, they took my money and did not send. Are they scamming customers?

Well.. First time experience and my last time experience... who wants to open a birthday card at 9pm... exactly nobody does... customer service has a copy/pasting tics.. thanks for the pasted info which is exactly same info i got from tracking too what you want me to do with that.. oh we don't manage delivery times so basically what you saying your entire platform is based on random luck of your delivery courier how the **** are you still running?
