Very upset as they have failed to deliver a bespoke card to my address despite paying the £4-£5 delivery charge and now it's several days late and I spent ages designing the card for my GF. MoonPig sent me 1 of the gifts in a large box and not the card that should have come with it. Tried to call and they don't accept phone calls and tried to leave an email message but still no response. This is my first time using them and so far i'm not impressed. I can only hope they respond to me ASAP and can rectify the situation before my GF's Birthday

Paid £6.95 to send a birthday card and it never arrived. Messaged moonpig but they didn’t even other responding. Awful service.

First order with MoonPig. Flowers were so poor I couldn’t display them. Complained to MP (Matthew) who “processed” refund on 17/12/20. Refund didn’t arrive in account so had to chat with Simon on 05/01/21 - same promise as Matthew but not looking good for refund. Poor quality and worse service - first and last Moonpig experience. Still waiting for refund - would be zero stars for all categories if allowed! Not a way to treat customers!

I created a card and it wouldn’t allow me to send it as it kept requesting a delivery address despite me providing it with one such a waste of time after spending best part of an hour putting it together !

Ordered flowers for sisters birthday - yodel informed me they had been sent to wrong depot so could not deliver m. I have contacted Moonpig no fewer than 4 times for refund, each time promised but after 10 days still not received. Will not be using gift service or flower service again.

I ordered an 18th birthday card for my daughter on 1st January. Still not arrived by today. 6th January. Was offered a credit of £5 For the delay but I won’t be using Moonpig again As we’ve now missed her birthday so they can’t be relied upon.

Ordered two cards one for me and one to take to my sons grave. Moonpig had screwed up on an order years ago so had been using funky p so some time but thought I would give moonpig another go my big mistake. so cards never arrive not only did they screw up my order they screwed up my refund as well and the customer service agent I spoke on live chat Alexander was rude,unhelpful and just proper disgraceful behaviour. I complain to there customer service I got nothing. I was also promised My order would be resent as well as a refund to compensate I was told by Alexander I was a liar. Absolute useless company avoid at all costs

Don't waste your time or money, your loved ones will receive a dead plant, although they said they will send a replacement they haven't, so my money was waisted and my 83 year old mother is still waiting! Not impressed.. lesson learnt read the reviews before ordering!!

If I could give a -0, I would. Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday, only for the flowers to be dead and broken. Tried to email Moonpig - they have so far been unhelpful and dismissive. Definitely would not recommend ordering flowers from MoonPig.

The paper quality used in these cards is terrible. I received a large card from my cousin and within two days it curled up and dropped off the mantel.

The card hasn’t arrived when I tried to get through on a chat they said I was on the wrong email address which wasn’t true and they couldn’t get the information.Totally rubish service.a

Xmas card despatched on 14th Dec, didn’t turn up till today the 31st (UK), yet the ones I post myself arrived within a couple of days, so what is going on Moonpig, I would like my money back please! 😳

Hubby shielding as vulnerable so ordered me a birthday plant. OK on arrival but dying within a few days. An orchid sent as a replacement. Dying on arrival 22 Dec. Photos of death taken daily, binned yesterday. Have been offered refund. Wow, wrecked birthday hassle. Never again.

Basically tacky rubbish at high prices, poor service, receiving a birthday gift from moonpig is not a pleasure to receive, my wife received flowers from our daughter for her birthday, it is hard to tell someone of your disappointment but the flowers were the tackiest most tasteless ever, today I have received a birthday gift which included a flat plastic bottle of wine enough said, not the way to receive wine. At this point I never want to receive a gift from moonpig again,

DO NOT USE MOONPIG - THEY CAN NOT GUARANTEE ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED - AT ALL! Order didn’t get processed. Elderly father’s birthday ruined. Moonpig didn’t even have the decency or competence to alert us that the order was either delayed or not coming - I had to chase myself. Horrendous service.

I received a bouquet of flowers as a gift. They were wilting and many heads were broken but the worse thing is that the flowers were white and had been badly sprayed with multiple different garish colours. They look dreadful.

Why take our money without being transparent that there are delivery issues. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd been made aware at point of sale. Appalling treatment of your customers. I ordered a week ago and have requested a refund for non-delivery.

Moonpig a dreadful company. I received my friends birthday day card 3 days after her birthday. Her birthday was on the 2nd Fece8and I received the card on the 5th December, order was placed on the 30th December. The promised me a refund on the 8th of December to which I'm still waiting for, it's now 23rd December. There excuse for this delay was covid - 19,nonsense, I've had no issues what so ever with any other market shippments over the past year. In fact most have been earlier than the promised date. This was my first dealing with moonpig and most definitely will be my last.

I ordered a birthday card for a friend whos birthday it was on the 3rd December 2020. I ordered on the 28th November, and paid 76p for first class delivery. They shipped it on the 30th of November and I received it on the 4th of November, 2 days after my friends birthday. Their excuse when I complained was the delay was due to Covid-19. I can't accept this excuse because in comparison I've had no issues with other deliveries from other shops in fact most have been delivered before the promised date. Moon pig promised me a refund on the 8th of December to which I'm still waiting for 23rd December 2020. This was my very first transaction with moonpig and will most certainly be my last and I would never ever recommend moonpig to any of my relatives or friends.
