I would give them zero stars if I could. Firstly, the lure of 40 percent off if you use the app...I couldn't find any box that allowed you to put the code in, so I had to pay full price. Secondly, the downloaded pics inside the card are of poor quality, it was better before when you just added words. Thirdly, I couldn't send the card a few days ahead like before, so I had to send straight away. Amending the card afterwards was pointless as the buttons did not press. I'm not using them again. They've got their greedy hat on and it shows

I ordered a card and a gift for my daughter on the 14th Jan 2021 to be delivered by the 1st of Feb . When the gift and card didn't arrive I tried to get in touch with moonpig . I emailed them and I also waited 147 in a que to be told on the 2and feb my order had been cancelled due to the gift no longer being in store. I said why was the card not delivered but the person on the chat Jayne just cut me off. I then got a email offering a refund I said why was I not told there was a problem before my daughters birthday as I got her to stay in waiting for her gift and card. I felt like she would now think I didn't care about her I was in bits over it. If they had of just sent the card I could of replaced the gift. Customer service is shocking . Ymthey never gave me a reason of why the card couldn't be posted. I order regular with them . But I will never order again such a let down. Please Moonpig treat people with respect. I could of posted my daughter a card at least if u had of informed be before her birthday you must of known it wasn't going out.

Ordered a box of chocolates £13 when opened they were discoloured and misshapen only to see they were out of date after 4 weeks 3 emails they ignored two of them they said sorry it’s now past our 28 day refund policy so they don’t answer your email until 28 days have past so they don’t have to give you a refund or replacement

My grand daughter sent me flowers for my birthday wen they arrived they were half dead and no card inside to say who they were from. Also nothing like the picture online... Discusting service.

I ordered a card 10 days in advance of my boyfriends birthday (that’s tomorrow). It was dispatched two days later and it’s still not here. Even with delays I expected it to be here by now as it says it says 2-3 working days on the website. I’ll be disappointed if it isn’t here tomorrow because what is the point of giving a birthday card late.

Customer service were awful just said Royal Mail delays no apology nothing I ordered in plenty of time to allow for Royal Mail delays . Now my daughter has received nothing for her birthday . Received email stating will arrive tomorrow . What good is that when it was supposed to be for her birthday today . Very disappointed indeed will not use moonpig again

Really disappointed, nothing like what I was expecting!!! Having designed a card with a personal photo on it, I reviewed the image and writing etc. prior to placing my order and it looked great. Delivery was prompt, however on seeing the image on the card I was gutted, it is just a lot of pixels, really disappointing, the image is really bad, the faces on the card are basically just as blur as is the remainder of the image on the card, the background is unidentifiable(as to what it is). Annoyed and angry as I will have to look elsewhere to get this sorted.

WOULD NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE Ordered a card Monday for my wife's birthday on Friday. Now Saturday and still nothing here. Wouldn't be so bad but we can just about see Moonpig buildings from my house. They "helpfully" offered to resend the card - not much help and when I asked what was the point of that they didn't have an answer. WOULD NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE

Ordered Valentines day card for delivery 13th Feb. Noticed in email from them they say they're delivering 30th Jan. Phoned them to stop it and phones don't answer. Email them and they say they can't stop it. Useless service. Won't use again

Received dried flower bouquet for my birthday. Very very disappointed they just crumbled everywhere, looked like they had been lying round for years. What a sad waste of money didn’t have the heart to tell my daughter 😢

I will not use moonpig for anything EVER again. I ordered a card for my daughters 40th birthday on 30 December birthday 9th Jan. The card arrived 23rd Jan what do the use Post by snail trail? it would have been a lot bloody quicker The pig in the title says it all!!!

My Sister sent me some flowers.They were just left on the doorstep anyone could have taken them ! On opening them half were dead and flower heads broken off. I would never use Moonpig again haven't the heart to tell my Sister.

This is the worst card app ever, it tricks you into ordering more cards and large cards and you end up a large charge too. It’s so difficult to navigate and the categories and selection not great.

Two very dead plants from different people received, when complained about it via chat on line basically told sorry nothing we can do they were fine when they left... My family and firends paid good money for dead plants to arrive, wicked what a way to go Moonpig, customer service at it's best NOT!!

The card I ordered for my nephew had his name spelt wrong on the front , should say Jacob they put jaoob , have sent emails and live chat but no answer and cant get through on the phone. I will not be using them again and will tell my family and friends how bad their customer service is and I recommend they use another company. The card is obviously useless and too late to send another now.

Absolutely despicable. I ordered six hampers on 3rd December (to be delivered in time for Christmas) and none of them arrived. I am absolutely staggered at the response from Moonpig representatives, who were disinterested, unprofessional and unapologetic. I am bitterly disappointed...
