Sent a card to my son for his birthday, I have not seen him for nearly a year because of COVID and it did not arrive 😡. I tried to contact customer service but you can only go on a chat line. They ask me to confirm the address which I did and they had the correct address. They offered me a credit to my moonpig account which is absolutely no good as I will NOT be using them again. Disgusting, don’t use this company. If there was a zero I would give that. The person on other end of chat was not in the least apologetic. I will take the matter further. Last year I had flowers sent to me which were dead . NEVER use this company .

Extremely poor, I ordered my granddaughter’s first birthday card and present, due to arrive yesterday. I advised that it was sent to the wrong place had been redirected to Birmingham 200 miles away from me. Now we don’t know where it is and Moon pig say ‘can’t do anything but contact us if it didn’t arrive on time and will reimburse you !! that’s not acceptable I will not be using them again NOT a reliable service

**Avoid buying flowers from here** Delivered dying flowers to me on Monther's Day and then a lady called Lara refused me a refund because it's been over 5 days. I waited and did everything needed to take care of the flowers and so I waited for them to bloom, and instead, they died. Lara refused to do anything and just sent me a link off the internet. I'm so frustrated that I didn't even get a replacement bunch out. Moonpig really needs to get a better-trained customer service team.

My daughter is struggling in the pandemic with money and sent via Moonpig a bunch of flowers for Mother's Day. The same flowers can be bought in Asda for £3 but she was charged £20, they arrived Tuesday night at 6pm, half of them were past their prime with damaged & broken flowers & rotting leaves, I had a huge pile of waste, oh yes the box was perfect!!! To add insult to injury they were so bad after 4 days that I had to throw them out. I cant tell her as it will break her heart, but I will tell everyone that I know not to buy flowers from Moonpig. I do have pictures which I will share if i ever get a reply.

My son and his family sent me what appears would have been an expensive bouquet. It was in very bad condition, rotten slimy flowers and leaves, dried up roses, flower heads broken off. Like other mums who have left their reviews, I haven't the heart to tell my family, they would be so upset. I am so disappointed and I know nothing will be done for all the recipients of these poor quality flowers because we didn't place the orders and can't bring ourselves to tell our children. Upsets me every time I think about it or look at the sad few surviving flowers.

I would make this no stars if I had this option! Ordered a potted rose and chocolates and paid extra for Mothers day delivery. 2 days before Mothers day I received an email to say the chocolates would be substituted. Contacted customer services to ask for an alternative but then cancelled it when I realised this would arrive 2 days late. My mum received a delivery on mothers day with substituted chocolate and the message was from another unknown couple. To top it off I received the cancelled substitute at my address this morning. Contacted customer service they didn't seem at all concerned. They have sent a credit to my moonpig account but had to ask for an apology.

My son and daughter-in-law sent me flowers from Moonpig for Mother’s Day. The chrysanthemums were snapped in half. The eucalyptus was dead and mouldy. A rose drooped by day 3 and the phlox that weren’t broken had died by today (Tuesday). I contacted customer service with a complaint as I didn’t want to upset my son but they wouldn’t deal with me. Please don’t waste your money on flowers from Moonpig.

Looked quite good on arrival. Today, Tuesday, one rose drooping badly, most of the stocks have shed their flowers leaving several dead stalks. The rest of the roses look pretty sick. I can't bring myself to tell my son.

My Son and Daughter in law sent me a Mother’s Day bouquet of mixed roses at, l suspect, great expensive. It arrived and looked really beautiful but, on that evening the heads started to droop by the next morning 80% of the flowers were dead. I was disgusted as was my Son who will not be using Moonpig in the future. Be warned !

Same problem with all the other reviews on here. Flowers arrived already half dead. Also too much greenery 'filler' to make up for the pitiful lack of flowers. It's hard to tell the person who paid for them that they were rubbish so Moonpig can get away with it. I will never use them or recommend them and will advise people to avoid them.

Very disappointed with Bonsai kit which consisted of four packets of un-named seeds and pots to grow them in. No instructions as to how to make into bonsai trees on germination. Greatly overpriced contents as could have got a small bonsai tree in garden centre for less. Definitely do not recommend sending as a surprise gift as both sender and recipient will feel very let down.

Wish I had looked at the review's first before using them for the first time. Basically they can't even deliver my daughter's 16th birthday card/add-on present on the day. Surely that's their only job!? Never ever again will I use them.

Received my present of Mothers Day flowers from my daughter, on time. A really pretty, strong box. On opening, I was very disappointed and can't bring myself to tell her. The tiny rose looked sick, the chrysanths were all crushed and bruised, some of the leaves were brown and rotting and the one alstromeria was on it's way out never reaching maturity and it won't ever! I am so disappointed for my daughter and angry with Moonpig for not doing better! Will definitely blacklist them among my friends!!

So disappointed to get a nearly dead bunch of flowers from Moonpig. Flower heads missing and I doubt if the Lilly’s will come out. I don’t want to upset my son by telling him, as he spent a lot of money on them. Never buy flowers from Moonpig.

My sons had arranged for Moonpig to deliver flowers to me on Mother's Day as we cannot see each other and they wanted to do something special, they arrived on time and I excitedly opened the box, the excitement however did not last long! The flowers, what there were of them, were in a very sorry state, heads were broken off, some were dead and others were on their last legs, shockingly bad bouquet, especially for the price! Not only was I so sad that this special and expensive gift was of very poor quality, but, I was then left with a dilemma, do I tell my boys the flowers were awful and hurt their feelings, or keep quiet and let them waste their money? I ended up telling them so they would know not to use Moonpig again. My son did contact customer service and they were very apologetic and are sending a replacement bunch, but it still doesn't really make up for upset caused. Come on Moonpig, you need to sort this as there must be a lot of mums who didn't have the heart to let their children know that their gift was of dreadful quality!
