Please Be Careful Paid £78.96 for wrong card wrong gifts. Ordered card for young mans Birthday, got a card for a 70 years old Birthday. I feel very sorry for family. Can you imagine. The right card came 12 days late. I leave up to you what you should think of the company. Would never use them again, untrustworthy un professional, when you try to get help they cut you off if they cant explain the excuse for wrong service i.e. from one helper to another. They have excuse no one was in but part of the order was delivered. Its such a shame as I would have liked to use them as there is the Covid Pandemic. A complete disaster.

My friend sent me an orchid & a card through Moonpig for my birthday. The orchid was half dead & dropping leaves. I gave it a week to see if it would recover but by then it was clearly dead. I have complained & have had useless replies from 6 different people & nothing has been done. At one point they offered to send a new orchid but then retracted this. Absolutely disgusted with them.

Your customer service is none existent. My friend spent a considerable amount for my birthday with a card- no envelope and a rolled up map Of half the world! What a joke. Cheap and utter rubbish. Tried to complain but gave up. Shocking

Absolutely disgusted in Moonpig I’ve used them for years but recently I’ve noticed cards arrive late etc however the last 2 orders I have done has now made me decide to never use them again. The first was Mother’s Day card which never arrived. I put that down to a postal problem so let it go but today I’m fuming. I ordered a card and flowers a week ago for a friend to be delivered today as it’s birthday tomorrow. I thought I hadn’t had any contact to say they arrived etc so when online. On life chat I was told there was a problem with the dispatch and hadn’t gone!!! Wtf.. earliest day for delivery is now Tuesday. I have no choice but to accept that. They offered me a £10 credit note but they can stick it and I won’t be using them ever again

Ordered letterbox flowers for my daughter in law. The quality of the bunch were appalling. Leaves were dead petals were scattered in the box, and all flowers were open. The next day they were all dead. DONT buy these worth paying a little more and get them from a florist.

First flowers from my son were delivered somewhere else. Replacement bunch sent next day and looked OK at first sight and I was just happy to get them this time, but by day 3 the lillies hadn't opened and the rest were barely arrived. Complained via email. New set delivered and left on doorstep on Saturday, even though I told them I wouldn't be there until Monday. On Monday more arrived. It's Wednesday now and they are all dying and not one lily in three huge, foliage heavy bunches opened! Terrible for the price. Will never use again.

I find moonpig very difficult to use. It could be made much easier. Tried a few times but each time had to give up.

Awful customer service, so unhelpful and my case was not resolved. They took over a week to reply, siting that due to COVID and working from home they couldn’t email earlier. Everything on email is immediate, why not send a pigeon. I’ve taken my business to funkie pigeon now.

Bouquet arrived on time. Consisted of 80% foliage and 20% flowers. Flowers dead by day 5 and foliage dropping. Very, very disappointing- will not be using this Moonpig flowers again.

Ordered a card they and had confirmed it had been sent The recipient didn’t receive it after a couple of days. Turns out after a week it wasn’t sent. Not impressed one bit

Sent a card to my son for his birthday, I have not seen him for nearly a year because of COVID and it did not arrive 😡. I tried to contact customer service but you can only go on a chat line. They ask me to confirm the address which I did and they had the correct address. They offered me a credit to my moonpig account which is absolutely no good as I will NOT be using them again. Disgusting, don’t use this company. If there was a zero I would give that. The person on other end of chat was not in the least apologetic. I will take the matter further. Last year I had flowers sent to me which were dead . NEVER use this company .

Extremely poor, I ordered my granddaughter’s first birthday card and present, due to arrive yesterday. I advised that it was sent to the wrong place had been redirected to Birmingham 200 miles away from me. Now we don’t know where it is and Moon pig say ‘can’t do anything but contact us if it didn’t arrive on time and will reimburse you !! that’s not acceptable I will not be using them again NOT a reliable service

**Avoid buying flowers from here** Delivered dying flowers to me on Monther's Day and then a lady called Lara refused me a refund because it's been over 5 days. I waited and did everything needed to take care of the flowers and so I waited for them to bloom, and instead, they died. Lara refused to do anything and just sent me a link off the internet. I'm so frustrated that I didn't even get a replacement bunch out. Moonpig really needs to get a better-trained customer service team.

My daughter is struggling in the pandemic with money and sent via Moonpig a bunch of flowers for Mother's Day. The same flowers can be bought in Asda for £3 but she was charged £20, they arrived Tuesday night at 6pm, half of them were past their prime with damaged & broken flowers & rotting leaves, I had a huge pile of waste, oh yes the box was perfect!!! To add insult to injury they were so bad after 4 days that I had to throw them out. I cant tell her as it will break her heart, but I will tell everyone that I know not to buy flowers from Moonpig. I do have pictures which I will share if i ever get a reply.

My son and his family sent me what appears would have been an expensive bouquet. It was in very bad condition, rotten slimy flowers and leaves, dried up roses, flower heads broken off. Like other mums who have left their reviews, I haven't the heart to tell my family, they would be so upset. I am so disappointed and I know nothing will be done for all the recipients of these poor quality flowers because we didn't place the orders and can't bring ourselves to tell our children. Upsets me every time I think about it or look at the sad few surviving flowers.

I ordered a card flowers and some chocolate for Mother’s Day - paying extra for delivery on the Saturday The chocolate arrived on the Thursday the flower on the correct day Saturday and the card the following Tuesday Quite poor
