Ordered 4 cards and only 1 of the 4 turned up and I received 2 of that same card. Was supposed to arrive on the 16/12/22, didn't turn up until the 20/12/22 and then enquired about the missing ones where, only to be told they now be here until after Christmas. Also took 2 days to finally be able to get through to them.

Avoid this company! I will never use them again. Took my money on the 1st December, its now the 21st December and still waiting for the cards. No one is responding to the emails. We need to stop using companies like this! Terrible customer service

I ordered a card on the 12th Dec When I logged into my account it said est del 14th Dec Today 21 December I have tried on many occasions to contact moonpig.... No contact number Can't find the chat widget to talk about my issue This is disgusting the way they have no way of you contacting them re talk or automotive chat.. There isn't even any option I can ask for a refund BUYER BEWARE DONT USE TGIS COMPANY

Moonpig took the decision to continue taking orders on 5th December despite knowing that royal mail whom moonpig contract for deliveries were going on strike, the result,missing deliveries disappointed family members & failure by moonpig to fulfil their contract to provide the services paid for. Moonpig response, unable to respond to complaints due to high volume of customer calls & online complaints, but hey moonpig for a premium price can guarantee delivery before Christmas, yeah right, well moonpig you have lost my custom forever, small company mentality by moonpig dogturd company

Ordered 30th birthday card on the 13th said it would be with me by the 16th. Realise there was a postal strike but my husband ordered same card with Thortful on the 15th it arrived today the 19th. Tried to get them but no response by email very poor.

Let’s face it...Moonpig won’t respond..... Ordered a month go......still nothing.....live chat over two hours to then be bumped back to position 1148.......and a comment that over an hour to respond again.....no phone number......this is a farce and the last time I use them.........

Ordered Christmas card for wife 3rd December still not arrived tried to get in touch with them through Luna waist of time Seems to be taking money and letting postal strikes taking the blame. Disgraceful.

I ordered five Christmas cards from Moonpig, two so far have arrived, unfortunately not as ordered. The first card to an Adult named June, the card June received was as follows. On the front it read Happy Christmas Conor. Inside the front cover read "Happy 11th birthday Conor Boy, on the 3rd page To Conor lots of love nevie.... How could they get it so wrong? The second card was to Elaine & Andrew. This one had no message whatsoever. I have contacted Moonpig on each of the above being known to me, to date I've only received an automated reply where they hope to reply in 72 hours. I have contacted the three other potential recipients to explain what I've sent them so they can inform me if they're right or wrong.

I have given 1 star as I cannot give 0. Christmas flowers in a bag. Should have been in a bin bag. Roses dead and foliage dry and crisp. Wooden stick ornaments snapped and bag ripped. Picked and packed with loving care I think not. Supermarket flowers at their worst are better than these. They’ve had 3 chances but no more.

In a word appalling zero stars. Should have gone to my petrol station for flowers I received and I still don't know who sent the flowers as they can't tell me diue to some law. They acknowledged they never sent the card. The customer service person Chloe told me she resented they way I am speaking to her because I asked if this was a robot. How ridiculous we get asked that all the time. And that would explain the complete silence between comments and time lapses.

I would have given zero stars if software allowed. I ordered perfume that was clearly out of stock although it showed as in stock. Paid for tracked next day delivery . After 3 days contacted them to be told the item was lost in the system. After investigation told item wasn’t in stock and offered me credit for future orders. I asked for a refund and now have to wait 10 plus days for a refund. I don’t appreciate moonpigs business strategy Of showing false stock in order to get funds and will avoid in the future .

Offer you a voucher, lovely, no not at all because if you click on the voucher you are subscribing to paying £15 a month and do not even realise untill they start taking it !!!! Will never use this site again, con!

I ordered a card and gift on 5th Dec for a birthday on 9th Dec. Moonpig took quite a lot of money for a 24 hour delivery service. Today, 8th December, i still have no card and no gift. I now want a refund.

I ordered a 50th Birthday Card for a friend on 29/11/22. Due to Royal Mail strike action delivery was promised on 05/12/22. As of today 07/12/22 no card has arrived. I contacted Moonpig who must all be on the moon as I can't make contact with a human!! Today whilst talking to LUNA remotely she told me the wait time was less than 20 minutes. We I checked my phone I was number 303 I think. What this number means...I have no idea. I held on as I now wanted a refund. As this number counted down to 66 I was cut off which was probably 50 minutes later. I tried ringing their contact number which must also be in space. No answer.

Received a card from my son. See if you can spot the spelling mistake. Moonpig obviously don’t spellcheck their cards before despatch.

Ordered a card and an orchid plant for my niece in West Sussex on the 28th December. They said they would be delivered 01st December 2022. Still no sign of them now 03rd December. They ard not contactable by phone so 2 emails have been sent. Still no response. Would have been quicker for me to drive there to give to her after buying at the shops.
