Everything went wrong ... this is not a customer friendly site...virtual assistant was completely useless. I will never use moonpig again

In a word appalling zero stars. Should have gone to my petrol station for flowers I received and I still don't know who sent the flowers as they can't tell me diue to some law. They acknowledged they never sent the card. The customer service person Chloe told me she resented they way I am speaking to her because I asked if this was a robot. How ridiculous we get asked that all the time. And that would explain the complete silence between comments and time lapses.

I would have given zero stars if software allowed. I ordered perfume that was clearly out of stock although it showed as in stock. Paid for tracked next day delivery . After 3 days contacted them to be told the item was lost in the system. After investigation told item wasn’t in stock and offered me credit for future orders. I asked for a refund and now have to wait 10 plus days for a refund. I don’t appreciate moonpigs business strategy Of showing false stock in order to get funds and will avoid in the future .

Offer you a voucher, lovely, no not at all because if you click on the voucher you are subscribing to paying £15 a month and do not even realise untill they start taking it !!!! Will never use this site again, con!

I ordered a card and gift on 5th Dec for a birthday on 9th Dec. Moonpig took quite a lot of money for a 24 hour delivery service. Today, 8th December, i still have no card and no gift. I now want a refund.

I ordered a 50th Birthday Card for a friend on 29/11/22. Due to Royal Mail strike action delivery was promised on 05/12/22. As of today 07/12/22 no card has arrived. I contacted Moonpig who must all be on the moon as I can't make contact with a human!! Today whilst talking to LUNA remotely she told me the wait time was less than 20 minutes. We I checked my phone I was number 303 I think. What this number means...I have no idea. I held on as I now wanted a refund. As this number counted down to 66 I was cut off which was probably 50 minutes later. I tried ringing their contact number which must also be in space. No answer.

Ordered a birthday card for my wife well in advance of her birthday, 5.15.22. Not yet arrived, better to get one locally, at least it will be there on time.

Received a card from my son. See if you can spot the spelling mistake. Moonpig obviously don’t spellcheck their cards before despatch.

Ordered a card and an orchid plant for my niece in West Sussex on the 28th December. They said they would be delivered 01st December 2022. Still no sign of them now 03rd December. They ard not contactable by phone so 2 emails have been sent. Still no response. Would have been quicker for me to drive there to give to her after buying at the shops.

I Ordered a gift and Card for my friends birthday 15 days before her actual birthday. At 17.24pm on the evening before her birthday I received an email stating "They are very sorry that the gift I had ordered was out of stock" Therefore no card/ present for my friend Moonpig had plenty of time to inform me of this problem and ask me to choose an alternative and still deliver the gift and card on time!! Will never use Moonpig again

We ordered a card and gift for our sons anniversary Happy in the knowledge it would be delivered. It wasn't but Moonpig took the money......looks like I let down or forgot but Moonpig did....don't rely on them

I am being totally ignored. This is the forth time of contacting , i get no answers from the promised 24hr reply. I can Ill afford to waste nearly £30 on nothing. I have been robbed.

We received flowers from Moonpig. The card that was written was not included in the box so we had no idea who they were from. The flowers were already wilting. After some detective work we found out that these flowers were sent by our daughter for a very important reason. The whole point of sending them was lost because the card she had written wasn't included. Everyone would be far better using local florists where the flowers are fresh and the cards are always included. Moonpig flowers - never again!

I received a gift of 4 bottles of beer from my son ,1 was Brocken completely wetting the package and ruining the card attached But really sending bottles in plastic bag!

No items for my daughters birthday, ask for reviews before even sending items and then forgot (customer service agents actual words) To inform customers they are having issues with goods and dispatching items! So nothing for my daughter on her birthday, thanks for that Moonpig, won't be using you again, also refund will be 5 to 10 days! Told well that's the banking system, have a nice day, Bye!

The story of the birthday card which is still in transit since June ( it's now October) Reference request : 3544410 The card failed to arrive Moonpig failed to taken any action or give any explanation despite several reminders form me and promises from them. They just keep sending me inducements to use their services. Mistakes happen but appalling customer service is inexcusable. That's theft Moonpig ! Disgraceful. Give me my money back Plus compensation.

first of all I found out from my bank that Moon pig have been taking £15. 00 every month from my account, under a different name, apparently its totally legal because what they do is tick a box automatically when you order online that gives them permission to take this money off you every month. It apparently says something like do you want to save money on your next order, tick this box. Despite having my money every month they continued to charge me in full for every card I sent so I didn't save anything. I spent £22.00 on my last order and it was never received either. Terrible company will never use again

I have received both cards today they were sent back to Royal Mail we had left a note on the door where to leave them In the shed, but we had to go down and collect them today, and on opening each card no envelope was included, how can we give a card with no envelopes.i was also wondering why lines were across the card and punch holes which you can see quite clearly, is this a fault with this card?
