if there were zero stars i would have given this pathetic excuse of a business. they ruined my daughter's 11th birthday by failing to deliver our order, failing to respond to my request for details on where it is, and failing to provide contact details to escalate the issue. i think this company is both run and staffed by low life

Had some flowers delivered to me from a friend for my birthday. I received them on Saturday half dead. I had to throw them away on Tuesday. It’s cheaper to but them from a supermarket and they last longer too. Wouldn’t recommend moonpig to anyone

I sent my daughter and son-in-law flowers in respect of his father first year passing They arrived floppy and limp 💔 No card arrived .. my first and last time I will send from moonpig !

Personalised cards consistently arrive without envelopes...this has happened on many occasions with cards that I or my family have purchased. Once ordered 5 cards for different people, all personalised and all came separately to my address but no envelopes supplied, so of no use to me....surely common sense needs to prevail!!! I did complain to Moonpig, who assured me this wouldn't happen again, but of course, it has! Also, as others have mentioned, cards often arrive too late for the occasion, despite being ordered on time!

Had a reminder of a dead relative's birthday. A reminder i never made. A reminder i have never had before until now. Very upsetting as the person in question died before i ever purchased from moonpig

Ordered a personalised card and present for friends on the birth of their baby. Items arrived on time, but the personalised card contained no message whatsoever, just a bar code! As a consequence, my friends had no idea who had sent the card and present and only found out when I rang them to see if it had been delivered. Have twice contacted Moonpig's chatline, stating the order number. Both times I have been cut off after being told that they cannot do anything about it because they don't have a photo of the card in question ... which I can't provide of course because it has been sent to my friends! I have provided the order number, but this is apparently not enough. I'm not seeking compensation, I just want the card I ordered and paid for to be delivered with the appropriate wording. To add insult to injury, it is impossible to reply to their chat line because there is no Send Button on the screen. Tried to speak to someone by telephone, but had a message saying that number I have dialled (on their website) has not been recognised!!! Have used Moonpig for years, but will definitely not be using them again. There are plenty of good alternatives and I will be using them in future.

My daughter ordered a 60th birthday present from moon pig on the 19th of August. Never arrived. Was in all day to collect item very poor service. I have advised my daughter Never to use this company again.

I think 1 is graceful and the company is not deserved. Flowers arrived from my daughter, squashed battered and bruised, most heads missing. Bouquet erm oops! Cant complain to a person have to do online..... best option is keep your money folks and buy from a genuine shop.

Ordered a card and a gift for my wife for our 47th Anniversary. I gave plenty of notice and stated the date for delivery. Whole deal cost £43. To cut a long story short neither the card or gift arrived on the day. The package arrived a day late. The damage had been done, the moment had been lost. I put my faith in Moonpig and they let us down badly. I will never use them again and suggest others are very wary. I forgot to mention that the ordered gift had been the selection of sweets. The chocolate content turned out to be that inferior stuff. £43 down the drain.

Ordered for a Diamond Anniversary was told delivery within 2 days, 5 days later still waiting?? Response on live chat said it would arrive next day ?? Then you get an email to say your next card is free😡🤷‍♀️

I would use my free card that you have offered me, but the last time I ordered a fathers day card it didnt arrive, consequently I rang to complain and you said you would send another free of charge... which never came. You gave me a free card which I ordered for my sister in laws future birthday, however this card arrived the very next day - dispite my asking you to send it a few weeks later for her birthday, but you sent her three cards ! one would have been good. My fathers day card still hasnt come.. SO IVE GIVEN UP. Funky Pigeon is the way forward.

Received a delivery this morning in a lovely slightly battered pink box from Moonpig via Yodel. Excited to open up the card from my son and his family. Saw it was a plant. What a great idea as cut flowers dont last forever whereas a plant does, with care. I wush moonpig gad cared. The spider plant has several black tipped leaves which means it had been overwatered and root rot has set in and cannot be reversed. I am now in the position of how do i tell my son truthfully how his kind gift has been received. Avoid this company for living gifts Go to your local garden nursery to select your own healthy plant. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO TO WRITE REVIEW.

Ordered some birthday flowers that had a lifespan of about 2 days. tried to complain but the staff did not care and fed me some rubbish. Do not use this compay

Didn’t receive order , I contacted customer service and was told they would send me out a new card which I also didn’t receive even though it’s been over 2 weeks since the estimated delivery date . No tracking information provided either. I ordered from them last year with no issues so unsure why this has happened ,I verified the address is correct too

I have ordered many times from Moonpig which is a very quick and efficient ordering service if you’ve left buying for a special occasion until the last few days. They are usually excellent and cannot fault them. However the most recent purchase was delivered and left outside my front door in full view of the main road and passers by, nobody had knocked rung the bell or anything to let me know it was there and I was purposely in all day !! Also there was not a spare envelope included as promised, for forwarding to a third party. I will still use Moonpig and hope these issues are just a one off.

Horrendous, will never use again, couldn't even deliver a birthday card, let alone the box of chocolates. My mother lives in Scotland and was told delivery couldn't be made , no reason why and royal mail never even left a calling card to say they had been or would even try again Extremely disappointed.

Fathers Day card wasn’t delivered on Father’s Day first of all Royal Mail was blamed and then retracted and said items were out of stock after I had already paid
