“Your ribs of fire , I can confirm I felt the burn after 2 hours my stomach was on fire then boom like a volcano my arse was spewing red hot lava it was running out at a pace and my arse felt like it was burning at a high temperature, I could not sit , fart or cry all evening in case of another eruption. A health warning should be issued with these ribs a weaker person could of died on the shitter”
“After being a longstanding customer if Morrisons I was left really disappointed and embarrassed after a member of staff smashed a bottle of wine which covered me, my shopping and my expensive handbag. Despite making a customer complaint I have not yet received so much as an apology a month later. Instead I have been met by an extremely hostile customer service team. Definitely been put off shopping here again.”
“After having issues with online shopping from Iceland & ASDA I was advised by a friend to use Morrinsons - I've never visited the store before let alone used there online shopping.
The delivery came an hour or so early (which worked in my favour) & the guy was very helpful and polite.
I had no substitutes & they added a gingerbread man which was a nice touch. My 10 month old daughter enjoyed that very much!
I hope to use Morrinsons again with no problems - by far the best online shopping service I've used.

“Morrisons store on Outland Road in Plymouth: a hostile, rude, appallingly bullying culture from the staff against their customers, and the recent article in the Plymouth Herald has done nothing to improve their attitudes. Only go there if you want to be shouted at, insulted, treated rudely, asccused of theft, followed around, and forced to leave your shpping behind at the till because, suddenly and mysteriously, the staff cannot free the till to allow you to purchase it. All part of the customer service experience in this unpleasant store.”

“I absolutley love the chioce of cakes etc on the bakery, especially the fruit tarts. However, of late, they do not seem to be making and stocking these, as before Xmas. I used to purchase these every week, handmade by the staff. Last Sunday I was told that due to staff shortages, they had not made enough. So today, Saturday I went at 10am to get them. Only to be told by the one and only bakery assistant that due to staff shortages, they had none. She was due to end her shift in 30 mins, but when I asked if she could make me three, she did! Her name is Nicola, and how refreshing to be served by someone who is prepared to go the extra step for the customer. I hope they appreciate what an asset she is to the company. May I suggest they employ someone to help this hard working person, to enable high standards are met, and for the production of many more fruit tarts!”

“Went to collect my Christmas order from Morrison's Cardonald what a nightmare. I should have known as I didn't receive my promised email on confirmation of my order and when trying to call the number quoted on my leaflet got a dead line. My order was wrong and I had to remember from memory what I had ordered. When discussing the poor service with the manager he advised me that they didn't have enough stock all the orders. So why have a food ordering service Morrison's. He took no ownership of my complaint what so the Bourbon Gammon for 6 would only do 2 people.”
“Pre ordered Christmas turkey, trimmings and vegetables for collection from the Rhyl store on 23rd December. No vegetables or trimmings and a bird with a best before date of 26th December.
