“I was told by two staff today that this dreadful company have stopped supplying those plastic bags designed for flowers. I spend a lot on flowers and it is not at all nice to have to put wet bottomed flowers into your bag. Off to Asda for them now.”
“I made an order online with morrisons and payed everything fine. I received a text telling me that today there was nothing missing from my order. I receive the order, I put the things away and say hang on I did order some other stuff. I take the the bill it is £20 cheaper than expected. there is definitely something wrong. after i was indeed missing a few items. I contact them with a copy of the email they sent contenting my order. they refused to admit that they forget to send the items and even said it wasn't ordered even with the proof of it. this the worst customer services I ever seen in my life. I will never used their services ever again and I don't recommend anybody to use them.”
“I went to Morrison at Rugeley to the canteen. I simply wanted a cup of tea. The staff avoided eye cotact looking above and around me. I ahemed and asked for a cuppa only to be presented with an empty tea container with a tea bag in it and was directed to a hot water container and had to make it myself. I did not ask for a cake as my baking skill were not that good. What an apalling way to treat customers. If management would like to discuss this matter with me come to my home and I will make them a tea personally.”
“I have always shopped at Morisons but alas I am housebound now.. It is the easiest thing to go on line to Morrisons & put in my order. They are so helpful. Prompt delivery , Polite Friendly Drivers, Good quality goods at most acceptable prices Masses to choose from.
Joan”
“I have always shopped at Morrisons Consett for year. But in the last year. I find there fruit and veg to be of poor quality. Empty spaces every where on the shelves
So I can't always complete my shopping and the Staff just don't appear to want to help that is if you can actually find a member of staff when you need one. And why for heaven's sake do they all look So miserable”
“I am a loyal customer to Morrison’s Wetherby. I bought two Sirlion joints - from the same cut. The meat was inedible, grey and tough. Even my teenage boys wouldn’t eat it! So I took it back to Morrison’s today the full joint. I asked for the store manager, who was BRIAN. He simply said put you name and number down and we will get it tested. Like I am happy about bringing s joint of beef back and have loads of time to do this! I had two Sunday family meals without any meat and had to even take the meat back to the store.
Brian did not even provide an apology, and made me feel like I was lying about the meat - he should have tried it, clearly this is stressed meat. I did not do my usual shop at Morrison’s today, so Brian you lost business there. I went to Andrews the butcher in Wetherby and Aldi in Wetherby. Probably cost the same amount. Morrison has lost a loyal customer and I will not be returning. It could have been different had the store manager approached the situation differently.”
“I want to thank Peter in green grocery for his help today. Nothing was too much trouble he even bought my stuff to the car. Thank you. Lake store 361”
“I shop in Morrisons St. Helens near enough everyday. Today we bought something to eat from the sandwich bit then went to the cafe so I could just sit quick and feed my 11 month old son. As soon as a sat down a sweaty fat girl started to huff and puff an say to other staff ‘for god sake Iv just cleaned that table this is a joke’ I did nothing and carried on. Then 10 mins later she got security! He was nice and politely said if you have bought nothing from the cafe can you please move I started to put away my child’s food and clean up when the sweaty fat girl walked past again looked at my child an said for god sake loudly as she walked past. Bad bad customer service an attitude when ther is no need to be so rude. I am a sales assistant I no how annoying customers can be but you do not be so rude to someone and there kids. Her lesson is learnt anyways to handle things differently as I hope she enjoys cleaning all the smeared spare ribs of her clean table that my other half left for being so disgusting :)”
“I have always shopped at my local store but just recently I have found a lot of the shelves are empty at 9.00am on a Saturday morning, I then come away with only half my groceries. For a change I tried Asda at the same time on a Saturday and ma aged to get everything I needed in one go. With all the camp sites around this store (Lowestoft) you really are giving yourselves a bad name, there is to be a new Aldi being built just up the road so I feel someone needs to buck there ideas up a bit or lose out”
“I doubt very much that the cucumber had been frozen. It was most likely simply on it's last legs, like most of this company's fresh produce. Go somewhere else, not Aldi though!!”
“I want to say how wonderful Tanya was on the fish conter . She was very helpful and knowledgable about the fish helped me alot in choseing the best fish for wjat i wanted. “Fruit and veg usually have sell-by dates of one day, sometimes two days.
Recently had occasion to complain to floor operator about there being no strawberries and blueberries, only to be told, "that's the luck of the draw". Needless to say I will not be using their services again.”
“messed our large orders around twice now missing half order or placed refrigerated food in warm area.
at first i was a fan of morrisons yes they dont have a substitution policy of giving you the more expensive substitute for the same price as what youd ordered. but they usually have very few subs. well a year on from wen u started shopping online with them because me and my mum cant drive as were disabled and live in a rural Bristol village cleeve. northsomerset. then a couple of months ago i would get my groceries delivered a lot of subs and some items missing from my order but not wrote on the receipt so id have to call them for a refund. then a month ago 23rd april 2018 i live with my mum so i get my shopping delivered the Friday before she gets paid on the monday after that day her shopping was to be delivered by morrissons and its always a large order over £140 and that time the delivery lady came to the door said unfortunately i cant find 1 of your totes with your shopping. so she delivered what she could and left. i got onto the phone to morrisons and told them about this and they said the person loading the van didn't load half of our dry goods/ambient and that they would refund me i said thats no good we needed those items like today long life milk and other stuffs like dog food etc and she said ok what i cant do is arrange to have it redelivered Wednesday the items we didn't get and wave the delivery fee i said yes that would be great. and she gave me a £10 voucher to use off my next order. Wednesday came got the dispatch email with a 2 x 5p bag charge lol trying to charge me for bags that they already had in the missing tote thieves. got that back because had load bags to hand back but was more than the 10p charge so the delivery driver deducted only 10p from the order so i called them again to explain and she said yeah because there was no balance as was a token code they made to get my shopping redelivered because they kept the money rather than refund me. so she had to refund the bags from the original Monday order lol. then i did my order as usual every 2 weeks on was OK for 2 weeks no issues then another order after the 18th i did my order we did another order for my mum for her shopping on 21st and i was waiting in the hallway for the driver to bring the shopping to the door. he was in the van looking around and then looked at me oddly and then turned away and i had a feeling something was up. he brought the totes with my mums shopping to the front door and then said unfortunately some one has place all our refrigerated goods in the ambient area room temperature and has been there since the morning. so he got onto the phone with the depot even though he was trying to get through for 10 mins and said ill pack this away and move the van then call them again so i shut the door started packing away some shopping to a nock at the door and he was there said head office said i cant give you the food because its against health and safety i can understand that but this is the 2nd time something big has happened like this. i told him about before and that we need that stuff its milk, bacon fresh meals etc obviously wasn't going to want it though as be ill but the fact they've inconvenienced use again. not like i can drive to go shopping. as i dont drive. also corner shops over priced and docent sell red milk. and i then got onto the phone to head office and complained they're arranging re delivery for Tuesday tomorrow now 10-11 am waving delivery charge. she said ill issue you a £10 voucher to say sorry i said no point as this was your second chance wont tempt fate again and she said instead if you want i can apply it to Tuesdays order and it will make the bill cheaper from £28.91p to £18.61 she price matched bacon because the bacon we ordered was out of stock so she credit 30p difference from the order as it wasn't my fault they went out stock so the sub should be same price. so she did. but im 100% not going to shop again with them something big would have to happen maybe some compensation or free order etc to say were realy sorry but nope just a voucher to use on another dodgy order lol thanx but no thanx. was thinking of selling this story to the sun or mirror i read tons of junk story's im sure they'd like this lol.”
