“Rubbish Delivery Service. I haven't ordered from them for 2 years as they messed up before.
They put half my order on another van and only gave me part of my stuff. The driver said someone would be back later with the rest. However, they couldn't be bothered and gave me a refund and left me with only half a weeks shopping and that was late.
Two years later nothing has improved.
The driver told me to ring up and cancel my order as he could not deliver for some lame excuse and I was left with no shopping at all. Well done Morrisons keep up the good work.
It's back to Tesco for me.”
“For some years my wife and myself have purchased Morrisons brand quiche and been very pleased with them. Last Thursday we again bought a quiche. Upon closer inspection the new quiche was smaller in diameter and deeper than the previous type, when cooked the pastry of the new quiche was hard and there was no taste to it.
Why have they made the changes? Presumably it is to do with cost and profit.
We will not be buying quiche from them again”
“Their 'My Morrisons Card' is derisory.
The items they offer are of no interest to me.
Spending well over £100 today, I received a 15p discount. I have been a loyal customer for nearly fifty years and this is what it has come down to. Even diesel is cheaper at other supermarkets nearby.”
“Morrisons on their way out like Debenhams, staff seem so much ruder to customers, the stores are shabby, stock and shelves are shockingly bad. Prices are atrocious. This company and the staff do not give two hoots about anything or anybody. This company will no longer be with us I feel, once the new owners asset strip and restructure staff and get rid of them. So it's 👋 Morrisons me thinks.”
“Have to agree 100% with the reviews and customers, Morrisons will not be around in 2023, I have an inkling staff will be out of a job by Christmas or after but they seem oblivious to it, even staff members have told customers that Morrisons is in deep trouble. When you are hearing that Aldi will overtake you to become the fourth best supermarket retailer, you know that something is seriously wrong, the only people to benefit are the CEO and the asset strippers. Sir Ken Morrison must be spinning left, right and centre in his grave 😳.”
“I had a terrible experience with Morrisons.
Extremely poor and rude customer service from a Morrisons employee.
I reported it, as did another person who overheard the employee.
The supervisor told me she would call me to follow up. She did not. After following up with the duty manager, we were told the staff member has an abrupt style and there was nothing they could do other than make a record of conversation. We were told they moved her from one area to another due to her manner. We were told there was nothing they could do because she would involve the union. The manager agreed to follow up three days later but did not. How do you follow that up as a customer?”
“Don't think Morrisons will be around next year (2023) not only are they losing customers at an alarming rate but their prices are daylight robbery and they NEVER listen to CUSTOMERS or believe the CUSTOMERS and 99% of the staff are rude and aggressive and lazy and really don't want to work!”
“Reterned entire order :(
All freezer items were absent, 3% of the order was past its best by date, 10% of the order would be past its best by date tomorrow & 20% the day after.
Will not be shopping with Morrisons again.”
“Holloway Road Store: Why does this place look and feel grim? It feels like you are going into an underground garage or some kind of warehouse, this place should be closed down, it is an eyesore, only good things about this place is the free 2 hour parking for everyone, whether you are shopping at Lidl or Iceland or Waitrose.”
“Who runs the Morrisons in Holloway Road, the management need a kick up the backside, this store has really really gone downhill over the years, staff think this place is a meeting place, standing around chatting and moaning and gossiping and not a place of work. Seriously standards and stock and produce has gone down badly, either over haul your staff or please let Sainsburys or Aldi take it over please. Thank goodness that Lidl is across the way. I personally think that in 2023 it's bye bye Morrisons. 👋 Wait and see 👀”
“I used to love this store, but todays visit will be my last. I had a full breakfast but wished I hadn't. The sausages and black pudding looked as if they had been kept warm for days as did the mushrooms. The egg was badly cooked, and the staff didn't know how to run the till. There was no salt yet there was plenty for sale in the store. They have just given up which is such a shame as a few years ago they won awards for their breakfast. The store wasn't much better with a load of perishable goods that had a sell by date of either today or tomorrow. Their sales must be well down, yet they are still ordering the same amount of stock. Bad management since the company’s takeover offer from a US private equity group. Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R).”
“Holloway Road Morrisons: Has gone down hill rapidly and badly over the last few years, has become grubby and dirty, stock levels and quality of products are really really bad. Staff in this store are really lazy and really can't be bothered to work, you will either find 95% of them either on their mobile phones ( which I thought was forbidden) or gossiping to each other and ignoring the customers, or even some eating in front of customers even when they are supposed to be working! Staff always moaning " They hate their job" or "They want to leave" and everything they can complain about! There is only a few nice members of staff in this place and from what they are saying they are saying that Morrisons is in trouble big time and they think Morrisons will not be around for much longer, I have to agree and I personally think that by next year Morrisons Holloway will be gone 👀 Wait and See 👀”
“Morrison's Fishponds air machines in the garage are useless. They should be maintained properly for 50p a hit. It's simply theft that these machines don't return your 20p coins.”
“Morrisons Inverness car park is a health hazard ,at least seven drain covers have collapsed health &safety issue ,I have reported this twice in their surveys but nothing done .Also their Road into their car park the drains have collapsed great for car suspensions .”
“Morrisons in Holloway Road is absolutely rubbish, dirty, lazy staff, checkout staff absolutely lazy and don't want to work at all, it's an absolute 💩 of a place and should be shut down and replaced with an Aldi or a big Sainsburys, the star is for the little old Italian lady member of staff who agrees with customers and reckons Holloway Road Store will close down soon 🤞”
“Morrisons customer service or rather lack of it leaves a lot to be desired. I have recently read that Aldi will be replacing Morrisons as one of the top four supermarkets and I can certainly see why. I for one will not be shopping at Morrisons ever again.”
“I have visited 2 different stores and on both occasions special offers were not taken off my bill. First week 4 items over £10 in total second week 2 items total £2.75 it all adds up over month etc. Shoppers should not have to constantly be checking and trying to remember what items were on special and if they've been taken off. I enjoy a nice relaxed shopping morrisons if definately not that.”
