Your new online home delivery service is a complete joke, and must be a hugh embarrassment to the company, hardly any fresh stuff available to order, non fresh stuff is hit or miss if it's available for order, goods come short dated and damaged, and now less than 24hrs before delivery you cancel the order. However uptill you changed your online service these problems hardly existed.

morrisons aberystwyth - would you eat a trifle from your shop if you witnessed two of your own staff stuffing the ingredients in the container with there fingers , well that is what i witnessed today 25/05/2020 , they had there fingers in the syrup of the tangerine segments and proceeded to put the segments in to the trifle and then go on to peeling a kiwi fruit - not washing hands - then putting the fruit into the trifle - and then wiping there hands on the clothes they were wearing - i did inform the shop manager about my hygiene concerns but he was not bothered in the slightest ,,,,,,,this is very worrying

Ordered a £30 food box on 6th may for delivery on the 13th. Got email on 13th to say I might get it 16th not sure, I phoned morrisons said I will get it 16th no explanation why. Received my nhs box on 16th no email to say what time arriving, when arrived missing items. My partner ordered a meat pack received on 14th half of meat missing. Will defo not be using them again. Supposed to be looking after nhs staff I am also isolating due to health reasons. Shop elsewhere if possible

Awful stressful experience shopping at Jarrow Morrisons 30 minutes ago. No staff to clean trolley handles or shopping basket handles, staff directing shoppers to checkouts which were busy with queuing shoppers meaning not the recommended distance between them whilst the checkout supervisor was standing chatting away. I complained to the Manager on leaving the store but he said 'well things were operating well before' to which my response was 'well they are not now'. Another thing which I reported on the website 2 weeks ago, and which was not responded to even though I gave my email and mobile phone number, that the security staff on the door were allowing many people to enter the store at one time rather than the one in one out policy adopted by other shops. The security staff were at times also standing smoking, chatting and barely taking any notice of the customers waiting to exit or enter the store! South Tyneside has one of the highest numbers of C19 positive people and also some of the most deprived people. Please get your act in order Morrisons and try your best to protect your customers. I have to say I will definitely not be returning to the store, I can name 3 or 4 other supermarkets which are taking more care that you are at this store and I shall be using their services in future whether their prices are more expensive or not. I would welcome some one contact me via my email address.

I have used Morrisons online since it began in cooperation with Ocado. Now they deliver from the store at Starbeck, Knareborough and it has never been up to it from day 1. Now in these difficult times it is even worse. My husband and I are in our 70s, self isolating and according to Morrisons are priority customers. My last shop, and it is my final one, never again, delivered a couple of days ago had almost half the items missing, unsuitable substitutions and items charged for which were not there. Items missing were basic ones....cucumber, sausages, beef mince, butter, parsnips etc etc. Be advised!

Online delivery from Morrisons didn't arrive. Due between 8 and 9 last night. Got text saying they were on their way. Three hours at window looking for them arriving. Got email sent in the early hours of last night saying order was cancelled. No reason given for not delivering. Can't get a reply by email from customer services. Can't get a online update after making initial contact with customer services last night.Told on phone the reason given by shop was that they couldn't find me,but they have delivered before. I live 2 minute drive from shop. I have a heart condition so rely on online shopping at moment. Bank had authorised payment so that can't be reason. Very distressing experience.

If it could be zero I would, since the Hasting store has been handling online delivery they do not deliver half of what you order and then only informed you by email 5 minutes before delivery which was already 1 hr late, this was @ 6.45 pm (for a 4pm-5pm slot) so they had plenty of time to inform me beforehand and this is not the first time this has happened. Having to pay a delivery charge (£4.50) for only some of your order makes you feel like being Ripped Off. I did try cancel as soon as I knew the situation but they do not answer the telephone. We all know that sometimes things are missing but they could have informed me at the time it was "picked" and they could have offer an alternative. "At this time" is no excuse as others can deliver.

Visited Parkgate Morrisons today at approx. 1 o'clock. Totally disgusted with this store. Too many people in there. I wasn't able to distance myself at all. Then to add to the injury every single till was open. In other stores they open every other till so that it is completely safe.

We have morrisons delivery every week and although lots of things are out of stock we have managed for over a year! Today apparently the van broke down and by the time it was repaired the fridge and freezer stuff could not be sold! We had 30 items missing! The driver was so apologetic and said someone should have rang us! I rang customer services and he said he would ring the Beverley shop and I tried no answer . We are self shielding so cannot go out and are both in our seventies! There will have been several other orders who had the same . I understand how busy they are but just a phone call would have helped! Good job we have family who could help us out. Very annoyed.

The previous review gave five stars for a seriously bad review. Strange really. My advice is to never shop there anyway at any time of year.

I agree with that last review big time. Nasty company. Especially their so called fresh stuff. Their strawberries will be at least half gone off as are the bananas etc. Bread and cakes past their BB dates but still same price.

Well shame on Morrisons too for allowing people to bulk buy in the first place. In my local Morrisons in Kent, near the coast, you queue up to get in two meters apart. Once inside all sense of distancing is forgotten by customers and staff alike. Staff rub shoulders with each other filling shelves etc and it is not until approaching checkouts that any sense of distancing is employed.

In these unprecedented times, Morrisons put themselves out as helping the shielded, this is not the case, they need to take a leaf out of Sainsbury's book, I am in touch with two other people who are being shielded, Morrisons have no priority for people who are on total lockdown due to underlying health issues, will NEVER, step foot in a store again

That previous review is so very true. Queue up to get in paced 6 feet apart. That's ok. Get into store and all the social distancing is quickly forgotten by customers and staff alike, and yes, all way through store until you get to checkouts. It is shocking, with staff ignoring any semblance of safe distancing between each other too. This is in the Dover store. The worse offenders amongst the public are those kitted out with masks and gloves. Maybe they feel they are immune with their false sense of invincibility.

When I shopped at Morrisons first I was frightened to shop and it seemed organised with The Corona Virus. But over the lasted two wks, it been very poor there with people NOT respecting the 2 metre ruling !!! It's not good individually customers to come in one at a time .... THEN THERES no TWO Metre ruling ALL AROUND THE STORE UNTIL YOU GET TO THE CHECKOUTS AGAIN 😫 I want to feel safe when I shop !!!!

I bought a pack of doughnuts from your Welwyn Garden City store on Friday 24th April. They were described on the outer wrapper as being jam filled, but when I bit into one, I struggled to find any jam at all. I cut the remainder of the pack open and they were all the same so I have attached photos to prove the point. If ever you want doughnuts, buy Sainsbury’s, they’re delicious.

I'd give a zero here if a could. Have been trying to place online orders for my 89 year old mum who lives on her own, 3 hours drive away from me and who is self isolating. She's loyal to Morrison's and is familiar with their products so it made sense to continue to order online from them. Other than the long virtual queue to get online and the 3 week wait for delivery, the old website worked okay. I'm afraid the same cannot be said of the new website/system. The virtual queue is smaller and there are more delivery slots; however, the item choice is TERRIBLE, especially on fresh produce e.g. when looking for onions, the only option is salad onions, brown onions are not even listed as an item. The same thing happened on many other basic household items and many of the items they do list were out of stock Sainsburys, Tesco etc. all seem to have been able to adapt their online platform successfully in these challenge times so come on Morrisons...SORT YOURSELVES OUT! You're letting your customers down, especially those who are vulnerable and who rely on an online shopping to keep them going.
