I would give zero stars if it was possible. I am a new customer and recently ordered my first hamper , only to receive half the items. I have emailed customer services and I have only received an auto-generated email in return. I have no telephone number for customer services and would be grateful if someone which actually contact me

My first order with muscle food I took advantage of the new customer offer of buy one hamper get 3 free, however I received only one hamper Very disappointed as my mother is self isolating and I was planning to share with her At £71 this is a lot of money for me and I was hoping that this could have been a regular option for me

Had my first delivery last week, looks nothing like the picture they show, so a bit deceiving, have only used sausage and steak burgers , and both we’re delicious, so all in all well worth money,lots of chicken and sausage steak burgers mince, steaks small , so may order again will wait until I’ve tried more of the meat in this order

I ordered Muscle Food for beginning of April, I was really looking forward to the package as I'd ordered a brilliant deal for the money I thought. Anyways my parcel came & I was missing 13 items! I'd also recommended Muscle Food to my dad & he hadn't recieved 14 of his items (we'd ordered the same deal). So the only way you can contact Muscle Food is via a form on there website, so we both did this. They got back to my dad & sent him the missing items which is a good turn out. Me on the other hand was offered £28.50 refund, 3000 loyalty points or a £30 voucher code. I was annoyed as I wanted the missing items because that's what I paid for!!! Anyway after lots of emails between me & Muscle Food I'd decided to accept the £30 voucher code, and 10 days later they still haven't given it me. I've been dealing with this since the beginning of April & I'm mad & upset. Will never order from this company again!!!

I had originally reviewed the product as being reviewed in poor condition . I was promise a refund by customer services . So far they have only sent back half the money they promised as a refund . It is concerning that they do not respond other than an automated response to emails . I am still hoping I will get the other half of my refund back but I hope more that other customers don't have the poor experience we have

I once managed to get an order with some burgers gone off. Then some of the chicken breasts were very good and about a quarter woody. Recently I thought I would give the 10 meals a go, the offer does not work on the website. I have emailed them many times and just get ignored. However, I do get bombarded with endless marketing from them! This was the case before the lockdown also.

Not only did this take forever to arrive but when it did my order was short the 3 extra hampers that it was supposed to come with. My previous order was short also but thought i would try this company again as they gave me loyalty points as compensation for my missing items. The loyalty point system is pretty dire as the items are overpriced and the selection is sparse to say the least. Why these couldn't be treated like a voucher and deducted from the final bill i don't know. I have emailed but have as yet not received a reply (no surprise there). Disgusted at the way this company runs their business. I regrettably encouraged my friends and family to order from here and they have also been short on their order.. DO NOT order from Muscle food .

Very unhappy with my meat order, paid just under £60 to receive a pork joint so small it did not even cover a quarter of my dinner plate but cost me £7, 3 items missing and the rest I received the packs were tiny, I could have purchased same for less than £20, would never use again. Have messaged them but I don't hold much hope of getting a reply as others haven't with same issues.

Spent £85 totally not worth the money. Missing items from main hamper. Supposed to receive 4 free hampers which did not arrive. There is no contact number and no reply to emails. Feels like I’ve been scammed. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Won’t be fooled again.

Got ours yesterday, NEVER AGAIN!! We should have had 2 free hampers, which made the £70 well worth it... we didn't get anything extra, and the amount of meat we got for £70 is a joke, I could have got it for much less in a supermarket. Seriously don't bother, I have complained and asked for the rest of my order or half my money back, but so far nothing has been done. AVOID!

Recieved less than a third of our order. Tried contacting the email suggested with a list of the missing items. Completely understanding the troubled times we waited for a reply. However after 10 days we finally recieved a response asking to list the items missing. Customer service obviously just copied and pasted the response without actually attempting to read it. Still no response when we relisted the items. Read on reviews the response by Becka to state 'FAO Becka' this is also pointless and a way for them to look like they are dealing with customers. It's disappointing as we waited and were being patient but they couldn't even be bothered to deal with our email when it came to it.

Ordered over £90 worth, what turned up was about a quarter of it. Missing the three free hampers I should of received. The meat was just chucked in the box resulting in the meatball packing being open on arrival. To cap it all most of the ice packs were placed at the bottom of the box so the meat wasn’t chilled on top. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. I have emailed customer support requesting the remainder of my order to be sent or a refund, still waiting for a reply. This was my first time ordering with Musclefood, not impressed so far.

Food delivered with box leaking chicken juice everywhere, contacted customer support. Was asked to send photos of the damaged items, offered £15 voucher. Asked if the rest of the order was still fit for human consumption, have ignored my emails, I have now thrown all the food away. I will post photos on social media sites that are available to me. Disgusting attitude.

Very disappointing to say the least we waited 3 weeks for the meat delivery to arrive only to find on opening what can only described as a pitiful show of meat costing £76 inc delivery, the chicken was sort of ok but totally squashed into one lump, the rest wouldn't keep a mouse alive everything was tiny and very small portions albeit they do put weights in listing, there is a clever use of pictures on the website in that they put packed meat at the back and open meat in front giving the impression of more. As the saying goes "if it looks to good to be true it probably is" Will definitely be using my local butcher or supermarket in future not Muscle food it seems to be a very common complaint. AVOID.......

The photos on internet are misleading , look like loads , there isn't. Missing the skewers and japanese mayonaisse , very, very disappointed , won't bother again. Better value available in most supermarkets.

Honestly disappointed with them as they are using this crisis to make quick money. I just put something in my basket few weeks ago and forgot about it, this week I received an email sayong it is a confirmed order I can't change. I don't like the fact they force you to keep your card details once you order from them, allowing them to take money without confirmation. They say they can't really answer customers due to the crisis but are fine for sending promotions and making special orders everyday I contacted their customer service who are slow, unhelpful and unapologetic saying it is my fault. If every website you put something in a basket and leave it there would consider this an order, people would be completely broke!! Plus they claim they have a minimum value of 25£ per order but instead of blocking said order, they just charge you a "premium". So now they charged me 18 pounds for something I didn't order, 5,99 for the delivery and 8 pounds for not meeting the minimum amount. The whole thing looks like a scam.

Contaminated, my food turned up all packaging split during the covid 19 pandemic a large meat order that had to go directly in the bin, the whole box was covered in chicken juice, when trying to get in contacted received a automatic message with no help or contact details which i asked for, i still have had no refund even after ringing several times, this is now the 3rd order over a long period of time that has been the same. Dont waste your money unless you want covid or food poisoning
