I hate to leave bad reviews but in this case it’s warranted. Absolutely shocked and disgusted with this company and it’s returns policies. It sounds trivial but sometimes it’s this principle of the matter. When I was sent the wrong products within my order I duly complained and the customer service was horrendous. After explaining the situation, considering it was their mistake, I was told that I’d have to return the products before any further items would be dispatched. Sounds reasonable if it was my mistake but in this circumstance it was not. Such a shame that a company would lose a loyal customer over a relatively small amount of money.

Worst company ever. Nothing but trouble with them. No clarity on website with when payment gets taken out. No phone number to phone . Just email. Ruined my xmas order. Thank u very much

Food is bland, customer service is appalling, they automatically tick a redelivery box when you order so be careful, they also will not refund you. DO NOT USE

I have had two £4 charges after ordering meal hampers. Emailed asking why I am being charged as there is nothing to show regarding this and no response! The meals themselves I enjoy and are perfect to take to work but they are already pricey when signing up to offer don’t actually get the offer you’ve signed up for and then on top a £4 charge for each of my orders making them even more expensive than I originally thought! Making one order £44 for 15 meal boxes? A bit much

Scam company, beware, i've cancelled the same recurring subscription twice and they keep on recurring the order without my permission. Disgusting this company is robbing people.

i have been with muscle food for years and have had no problems in the past until now, i ordered £89 worth of food as usual then i wake up the next day to an email saying that they have had tried to take £115 of me that day eg the next day for an order i never made thankfully for me there was only enough money in my account for the order i did make so they never got the £115 there reply after me emailing them saying i wasnt happy they were trying to take money out my account that i never authorised get that order cancelled and stop sending me emails saying you will be trying to take £115 out my account everyday at 10 am for an order i never made for the next week,there reply was rude they basically said i made the order they dont order for people and will now refund the £89 which will be with me in 3 to 5 working days and will cancel the order i never made leaving me now with no money for food, what they should have done is said sorry sumthing must have went wrong we will definitely cancell that order and get the order you did make out to you on the date stated basicaly they tried to take money out my account i did not authorise then called me a liar and cancelled the order i did make leaving me out of pocket for 3 to 5 days and no money for food untill then stay away they might help themselfs to your money out your bank and who knows if you dont noticed most probably keep it in my book thats theft stay clear

Scam company with terrible customer service Dishonest marketing/sales techniques and terrible customer service. Once they have your card details, they will tie you into a regular £4 subscription (written in small print on order details) and provide you with nothing of any tangible value for it. When you question the payments they refuse to provide a refund/ or offer any money back

Customer service is appalling, I am missing 3 hampers from my delivery and you are refusing to help and keep sending me the same message over and over worded differently, with no offer of help at all, I have ms I have not lost my mind. I contacted as soon as it was unpacked and put in my freezer and split, so no question about what was missing, you need to take responsibility

I have had £49.99 taken from my account and recieved no order. Can’t get through by telephone and told by email i never placed my order and no money was taken when i actually have proof!! Disgusting service!!

Absolutely disgraceful! I was so hyped up to try this after reading the facebook comments, only to discover that the food smells/tastes like plastic. Also, the portions are laughable (tiny). Best to avoid and save your money.

Product quality is variable. Some are good, but some rubbish in there too. I've since decided not to use them, but the spam keeps flooding in daily. I've unsubscribed multiple times, even reported them to the ICO. Honestly wish I hadn't bothered with them now.

Terrible. They advertise that you can buy 10 meals for £29 instead of £39.90, and that the discount will be applied when you check-out. The discount doesn't get applied. I had to cancel my order. Was told that I used the wrong link (but I used the links in the photo), and then they sent me a link to subscription offer reading something completely different. A subscription of buy 1 weeks meals, and get the second free £2.99 a meal) I asked why their website still said 10 meals for £29, and they couldn;t answer my question only cancel my order. Rubbish.

I ordered goods from muscle foods, however they continue to send and debit my card with goods i haven't ordered. All contact with them is through email there is no phone contact so you can't actually speak to anyone. Beware that they will say you've agreed to recurring orders and ignore emails to close down the account.

All ready meal what I order was molded. After contact with customer service to show all photos....they give me 10gbp refound from order for 79gbp lol

I had cancelled within the agreed time and still had order delivered today despite this. My son disliked the meals and on a limited budget did not want to waste any more on this horrible food!! Problems with their poor customer service too. Never buy from these

Spent a whole Saturday waiting for a delivery that did not come. After reaching out to customer service, all that I was given was an explanation about they payment system having a problem and that my order had been cancelled. The money, however, had been taken from my account and I was not notified about the cancellation. Deeply frustrated and also unsatisfied by the solution they proposed (wait for another delivery or a full refund). Will never buy from this company again.

I'll start by saying the products from musclefood aren't bad, although some of the frozen meals are pretty much inedible. However, their processes and service are a disgrace. Like many of their customers, we had a repeating order and their website offers a facility to update the products you have. Beware, this often doesn't work and it is very difficult to check, especially on a mobile. The worst bit though is the service, slow, unresponsive and rude, taking to responsibility and effectively accusing me of lying. I've now cancelled all orders and informed my bank not to make payments to these people and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
