“Hi there my food bag was a very good decision for my Family, never have to wounder what we are going to have and have not had a double up since we started. have enjoyed trying new foods some i have never seen or heard of. and the good thing is we are losing weight on the Fresh Start light 10. just great. deffinley a winner.”

“Life has changed since NADIA has come into our lives. My husband can now cook. Exciting. We both have busy lives, I can’t cook and we had survived 32 years of something that resembles food. Three children who politely eat what I’ve cooked. Now we have NADIA, WE LOVE THE TASTE, THE OPTIONS, THE EASE. Best life decision ever made”

“My food bag delivers great recipes and fresh produce. they deliver fresh new recipes every week, lots of fresh vege's are included including a range of meats. I do wish My Food Bag used less plastic as some things come in plastic that are unnecessary but I do see them make an effort with regards to minimising plastic use.”

“My food bag is great. Only disappointing thing is that they don’t collect the old boxes when delivering a new one. Have used competing services before and they do this. Now I have a pile of old boxes!”

“I am finding the lovely fresh Vegetables and meat with all the interesting and different recipes have allowed me to find my cooking mojo again. I had become a bit ho hum with my cooking and now feel inspired again. The Fresh Start menus are also working for the weight loss which I am thrilled about.”

“My Food Bag has been so good for my family in helping us to eat healthier. I love how they sneak veggies in meals so that if you are not a big fan (like me) of courgette, spinach or broccoli most of the time you are not even aware that you are eating it. It has helped my teenage son with his digestive problems and he is eating way less food as he feels full. We normally have leftovers which are great for the lunch next day. I have learnt that you can add grated courgette and/or carrot to rice which is great for hiding it and it makes the rice look much more colorful. An added bonus for me has been loosing weight which I think is due to the fact that we were eating potato most nights and I was not having healthy lunches. Totally recommend My Food Bag.”
