“My partner and I are loving my food bag. The food is so flavourful and it’s so convenient. I love making health weight loss meals and feeling like it’s comfort food. Would love if there was a healthy dessert add on option and if you could tick “mild” items only and no spicy items but other than that it’s awesome!”

“It is easy when you do not have to worry about buying the ingredients. You get a wide variety of dishes. Some I like, some I find a little boring but then I like spicy and oriental cooking. I would recommend it to others.”

“We love the meals. We look forward to what is in store for us each week. Unfortunately just about every delivery we have had has had issues with ingredients. Missing ingredients, below par vegetable condition. Spilt sauce through the box. Split pasta packet with contents through the box. Cans packed ontop of capsicums so the capsicum are damaged. However in every case the Customer Love team have been very helpful in providing a remedy, normally by way of a credit so we can replace the ingredients. On the whole everything is awesome and well packed. We are using ingredients we haven't tried before and trying new meals that we hadn't tried before. The only ingredient I know the family has not liked is vermicelli noodles, so that is great result!”

“Meals are generally really good and quite interesting. It's great not to have to think about what's for dinner. Some of the steps in the food prep sound a bit complicated even though they are not really, but you quickly get used to the way the recipes work. It would be good to opt out of the day 1 fish meal as neither of our kids like fish.”

“Really good. Have had one instance where some produce was rotten and items were missing from the bag. Although it took a couple of days for an emailed reply, the issues were well dealt with. Overall good meals: large portions and a good range of ingredients. Very happy overall, and often recommend to friends.”

“Actually it is 4.7, but there is no space for that score. We are loving the classic my food bag for two. We are away from home in our campervan quite a lot, hence the reason for our ‘staggered’ order. I am sad on the Sundays we are not at home to be able to collect it and therefore have cancelled it for that week. We love the recipes and the ingredients and the healthy tasty food. I have developed real confidence in knowing we are eating healthy food. Delicious. Thank you so much.”

“Food bag takes all the decision away from us as a family and give us a break from coming home and having to think about dinner. It saves us doing big shop, and gives us recipes to follow so you can’t muck it up, it’s a win win situation for everyone. Quality food quality ingredients. Love it!”

“Very good verity and easy to prepare meals, takes all the hassle out of thinking what to have for dinner and finding yourself going to the supermarket daily. All meals have been excellent, with just one negative I don't like Hoki as a fish anything but Hoki.”

“I have really enjoyed my food bag and there is always lots of leftovers. I buy three nights for two people but I cook it for myself and have it for dinner and lunch. Generally I get around eight meals out of it. The only downside is they have delivered to the wrong house more than three times.”

“We have really enjoyed the variety of food included each week. The recipes are delicious and easy to follow, which has meant my husband has even attempted to cook some meals for us - for the first time in 37 years of marriage! The Foodbag delivery has always been reliably on time and it feels a little bit like Christmas as we unpack all the goodies inside.”
