“MFB has been great for our household. It has encouraged my teen to try new foods. I have a fussy teen that refused to eat dinner for most of their childhood and now that MFB is setting the menu and not me, they are amenable to what i have been cooking lately. it has made dinner time a whole new dynamic.”

“We love not having to think about what's on the menu each night! And fresh start means I know the meals are nutritious and aligned with our health goals. The only downside is finding the odd error in the recipes where it calls for a staple that wasn't listed or the wrong ingredient, and only getting a "so sorry for the inconvenience" message when I follow up about it. On the odd occasion that produce has arrived rotten or damaged, customer service has been amazing at putting that part right.”

“I’m happy with the meals, by and large, and find this to be a great option as a single person, living alone. My only, very small, issue as a slightly fussy eater is that cucumber is put in so many meals.”

“The food delivered is all good quality, and the spices etc make for a constant variety of meals. It is so easy to get into a rut with food choices when you are working or in a hurry - My Food Bag makes sure we have a well balanced meal, and that we get to try a whole raft of vegetables that we would never otherwise think to try, or know how to prepare.”

“My daughter and I get the veggie bag, we love the recipes and fresh ingredients! Some recipes we have re-used and adapted. We enjoy trying new food and getting new ideas. We don’t get my food bag every week - we like to look ahead at the recipes for each week and choose what weeks we would like. I would recommend my veggie bag to others.”

“Very happy with the overall concept of MyFoodbag; the convenience, not having to think about what to cook, cooking a greater variety/ different recipes, fewer trips to the supermarket, some new ideas for the future, eating meals/ foodstuffs we wouldn't necessarily buy otherwise! Bit thin on staples at times; a lot of use of white rather than brown/ red/ black rice and lately portions seem to be getting smaller (though this could also be related to lack of staples to fill you up).”

“Its easy and interesting. The ingredients are fresh. The only downside is i have had the same receipe twice and ive only been getting the foodbag for about 6months. There is also alot of plastic waste. Otherwise i find it very convienent and healthy.”

“We are now week 7 and the variety and flavoursome food fabulous. It certainly has delivered what we wanted in terms of stress free quality meals . We have shared our experience with two friends who also now receive “ my good bags””
