“Good meals that the kids mostly like. They have been trying more foods which they would otherwise not have done previously. Most recipes follow a similar format, so you know what to expect. Big portions, which means we get more than the 3 meals we get delivered.”

“It's great as it takes away all the guess work out of cooking. I'm enjoying cooking things I would never cook. Some of the meat packs in the mini for 2 is not enough. I think the meat needs to be at least 300g”

“Meats are of a high standard and always tender and recipes tasty! But we don't like 'heat' in our meals, and so have to keep 'skipping' meals judging by their names. If you offered a choice for our three meals out of the five you do each week, it would solve that problem...please?”

“Love not having to think about what’s for dinner or run to the shops for last minute meal ingredients. The variety of meals is great, quality of the meat is good too. The family plan has been a hit with everyone, even our fussy two year old! My only complaint would be the quality of the vegetables - they are often damaged and clearly not the freshest, especially towards the end of the week things like broccoli and carrots are always limp and sad, leafy greens gone a bit slimy so you have to pick through to find the good ones. But generally once cooked taste fine.”

“I love bargain box. It has made life so much easier coming home to planned and ready food to cook a delicious meal. No more nagging my husband on cooking healthy, as he just follows the recipe. it allows us to try different meals and eat a variety of veges and meals in a week. Loving it”

“It's expensive, so we only get it fortnightly. We look forward to seeing the menus and cooking new things. We had Fresh Start for a few months but got sick of repetitive nature of many of the dishes. Liked that we slimmed down a bit though. Now we get the Classic bag and it's popular with the whole family. Everyone in the family has a night to cook one of the dishes. There is a race to be able to get first pick of them...usually based on what appeals to their taste buds or something that takes the least preparation. It's very frustrating that we can't cook most of our favourite dishes on a non foodbag week because we don't have access to the precise recipes for the sauces/spice mixes. It would be great if these were on the myfoodbag site, or included as a little extra on the printed cards in case we want to make again.”

“The quality, variety and portions of the food are great. We have had a few delivery issues which is disappointing. I am not sure if you keep statistics of the matting being returned each week. We put ours out every week but when we receive the reminder text that the food has been delivered it advises us not to forget to put this out next week - which we did!”
