“Most of the time is good but unfortunately sometimes the veg quality isn’t very good. Happened twice already randomly Rotten potatoes, rotten garlic, I understand you can’t see inside until you cut it but still we should be receiving good quality food.”

“The food is nutritious and easy to prepare. I appreciate by having a few more items as pantry staples we save on packaging. My suggestion is the chef recommends optional extras such as fresh herbs so we could add them if they are readily available in our garden”

“Generally really good value for our family! Sensible portion sizes (we usually have enough protein and veges for 2 small meals 2 big meals and 1 lunch) and tasty recipes. I love that I dont have to think about whats for dinner.”

“The food was healthy and nutritious and I learned a lot about potion size and flavours, howver it just became too expensive.”

“While the recipes and food quality are pretty good the packing/packaging is poor. We have had 3 instances of meat packs being split open and juices are running out (see photo) ruining the recipe cards, or, softer items are on the bottom with heavier items on top crushing them. This has happened several times.”

“We moved to MFB from a competitor and have found the meal sizes and varieties to be worth the extra cost. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that often the packaging has been suspect with on one occasion the meat container having split open and a couple of other times the plastic ice bags were leaking and the cardboard packaging was like a sponge.”

“The ready made pies are so tasty. The pastry is so delicious. The mozzarella beef pie is so tasty and so filling and so was the chicken vegie pie. It's great not having to prepare a meal. The other meals I order are great and love the different spices and putting them together. There is lots of vegies and enjoy that as I can make another meal out of them. The packaging is great and the courier is great. Thank you for a great service.”

“Perfect arrangement for cooking and eating with my elderly father. The box gets delivered to his place. Everything needed is pretty much in it. It’s a win, win situation.”

“We have tried Hello Fresh and My Food Bag, I must say I am much more impressed by the quality of the fresh produce we get from My Food Bag. Plus there are always some very appetizing meals on offer each week. An improvement would be to separate produce into individual meals so our children can easily find everything they need to make the meals.”

“Loving my food bag. The only feedback that I would give is anything with avocado becomes a challenge as they are so under ripe you need to have that meal later in the week for the avo to ripen however often the other ingredients in that meal are short dated so have to be used earlier in the week. Some of the items in this weeks delivery were very short dated so it was a challenge to use them before the best before dates”

“I have been delighted at how easy it has been to order and receive My Food bag since i began more than 6 weeks ago. The produce has been excellent and i have enjoyed creating the recipes and in turn learning more about how to put a well-balanced meal together for myself and partner to keep us healthy. The packing of the goods could do with minor tweaks to ensure the products arrive in a better state - the recipe cards are often either damaged or wet from being scattered around the box or behind the cool bags and the produce seems to have been flung into the box at times with less care than i expected.”

“We find MFB great, takes the effort out of deciding what to make each night, we always have something different and eat things we would not usually even think of let alone buy. We have a six-month-old baby and night times are chaotic as it is and taking the thought process out of dinner really does make a huge difference. It also helps having easy to follow instructions as both of us are not chefs (hehe). We will continue to get MFB. Thanks for the variety and the "out of the box" meal ideas.”
