“Me and my partner love coming home from work and knowing what we are having for dinner. They are super easy recipes to follow and they always give us variety on what we can have every week. Also very handy is the grocery shop option after picking your meals, if I wanted to pick up a cheeky desert I can and it’ll show up on delivery :). Very happy that we have joined up.”

“I really like the plant based meals. One thing I find is that they are often very salty without adding any extra salt.”

“Loved the different food choices and generally fresh food. The occasional time I did have to complain about something it was dealt with. However the last few times have not been as successful and I am still waiting on a response to my ready meal container arriving broken and the lid peeling off, which meant the contents were spilled throughout the box”

“My food bag has helped my partner and I get far more organized with dinner. Out of now a hundred meals or so only a couple we didn't enjoy. Otherwise the food had been amazing and well worth doing. I reccomend it to lots of people.”

“My Food Bag has been my favourite food bag service. I have genuine excitement every week for each meal coming and practising new techniques of cooking! The flavours are always different and each recipe truly is it’s own. Could not recommend this service enough!”

“Overall very convenient, with a good variety of yummy meals. Could be improved by providing a better variety of vegetables and also some meals such as chicken burgers etc come with no vegetables or anything with them at all just a burger by itself which isn't really a meal.”

“Love the meals that come through each week. So easy to make and very little prep that needs to be done. The whānau love the variety given with the meals provided and delivery is very efficient. The customer care staff are all very helpful and friendly as well :)”

“I am enjoying foodbag especially now since my husband has had a stroke but sometimes get so busy forget to order . Would be great if in your file you had for example not to much spicy meals or vegetarian. sometimes a roast that could do 2 meals . Otherwise really enjoy and makes cooking a pleasure not a chore thanks Di Palmer”

Unfortunately at this stage, we are unable to customise specific accounts however I see you're one of our choice subscriptions. We do show recipes 2-3 weeks in advance to allow our foodies time to see which recipes are to their liking. The choice selections deadlines is always Sunday midnight prior to delivery. “The quality of the meals is absolutely fantastic and very yummy. The products are fresh and always quite a great helping. The only thing that I have a complaint about is the meat and how there is never enough for two people. I have to buy extra meat from the supermarket because the portion sizing of meat is so little”

“The recipes have been amazing and yummy. Love having a choice of recipes to choose from. Nice not to have to think about what to make for dinner. Only down side is that there have been some weeks where there has been some ingredients missing, so have to source those ingredients elsewhere.”

“Really good quality and value for money. It makes my life a lot easier not having to plan family meals every week. There has only been one meal where we didn't receive some of the ingredients, but apart from that we have had no issues.”

“Love the recipes and quality of food. Don't like the way the food is packaged tinned food on top of the vegetables and recipes beside frozen foods so they're all wet. I would 5 star my review otherwise. Happy customer.”

“Easy, tasty meals with great variety and choices each week. Love the option of having added extras. Only let down so far was an “Apricot” slice with no apricot to be found and stale oats.”
