“Joining My Food Bag has been so good for me on my healthy eating journey. 3 nights a week, my dinner is sorted. The vege portions are huge so feed the four of us easily. Mostly I enjoy the kai, some recipes moreso than others. You have control over the kai you get for the week, and plenty of options.”

“Good quality, some times limited selection for picky eaters but can always find three meals that are wonderful. Some good recipes that I have made without the kit.”

“Fantastic service and value for money that has saved our sanity as new parents. To be able to know that dinner is sorted, it's not over engineered, it's healthy and it's quick is a feeling that's hard to describe when you're functioning on 2 hours sleep. But you guys have nailed it.”

“2 months in and still haven't doubled up on meals. My Food Bag has made things much more efficient on so many levels, time, money and waste, not to mention a little more adventurous eating at home especially for the teenager. Highly recomend. Nutritious easy and delicious.”

“I got an email from my Foodbag with their Black Friday deal. So I decided to re-subscribe. I had moved houses since my last myfoodbag. In order to change my address I had to resubscribe first then I could change my address to the new one. So I re-subscribed and immediately changed my address. On delivery day my box with my foodbag was delivered to my old address. I called MyFoodbag customer care who said I should go to the old address and collect my box. I did this but when I got there the people living there opened the box and put everything in their fridge. I called myfoodback again. The lady I spoke to said its my fault as I had not changed the delivery address, yet when she looked on the system, it had my new address. I explained that I could not change my address until I had re-subscribed. Which I did and immediately changed my address and this was well before the cut of time for orders. I was told a supervisor would contact me, this has still not happened. Your customer service is non-existent and you did nothing to resolve my issue. Can a supervisor contact me???”

“We are trialling Bargin box as an alternative to our usual provider. We really like how everything arrives. It seems a little bit more environmentally friendly compared to our previous provider. The meals are basic but well balanced and provide us with left overs. We do find we have to check the list of ingredients to ensure that we have the additions (or something as an alternative). Our other provider provided more of the staple ingredients, however this is generally not a problem. We also like the Monday delivery.”
