“Boxes have been good. sometimes the vergetables haven't been in the nest condition and the delivery of the boxes hasn;t been the best by NZ post .”

“Great solution as to what to cook each night for dinner. My only feedback is that sometimes the vegetables are not entirely fresh, particularly the carrots and tomatoes.”

“Vegetables quality and packing of ingredients stops me from making this a 5 star rating. Recipes are great but items don't arrive in best condition....lettuce packed next to ice packs, carrots last less than two days before soft.”

“Overall my family enjoys the food. The meals are easy to prepare with commonsense instructions. I feel we eat healthier using my food bag. The packaging is thoughtful which I really appreciate. The only minor issues I have had have been the odd broken egg and wet recipes. Maybe put them on top of box? Overall very 😊”

“Generally pretty good. Occasionally the ice bags have holes and the water leaks, recently some if it soaked through the box onto my tiles and I slipped. I also received a box with ice bags on top of the spinach so it was wilted and the bag had popped open, fine if it's being cooked but a bit sad if it's for a salad. The sheep smell of the eco packaging is pretty gnarly as well. Other than those small things I'm really happy with the quality and quantity received.”

“Cannot live without our weekly Bargain Box - meal planning and shopping done instantly, with no arguements over who's cooking. It has taken our nightly meal from argumentative and stressful to a breeze with the kids trying all the new vegetables and clean plates! We also love the zero food waste!”

“Generally happy with the food. Often our recipes cards are very wet! Ice has melted quite a lot by the time box arrives! Some of the fresh produce doesn't look fresh enough and if not being used until the end of the week it's not really lasting the distance! I've called customer services about some of this and found them very difficult to deal with, not particularly caring and never any follow-up!”
