“Takes the stress out of meal planning on my weekends! Great value for money with the rising cost of groceries. I especially love that free range foods are sourced. I often find there is more than enough servings and use up leftovers for lunches, or pop them in the freezer. Customer service has also been quick and responsive. Really happy with my experience.”

“Have been loving using My Food Bag. It takes so much stress out of planning meals and I've found we've been saving money as a result. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious! Always a good vegetarian portion with the meal which I love and high quality ingredients.”

“I have been really surprised at how much I love the My Food Bag. We do the couples ‘My Choice’ and it has been such a game changer. We eat a better variety of vegetables and are excited to try new things without any worries because the recipes are so easy to follow. It also come with the right portions for most things which I am so grateful for because I really struggle with the idea of food waste and this helps with that so much. It also gives us appropriate portion sizes for two people which was something we struggled with. I honestly love this so much. It’s fun planning our meals for the week when before it always felt like a hassle. We don’t have to suffer through a trip to the supermarket- it gets delivered right to our door. Both my husband and myself are more excited to cook and often we work together to prep the meals. I highly recommend this, I know it’s a bit more expensive than what we would normally do as a supermarket shop but the variety of food more than compensates for that, let alone all the other benefits.”

“It’s like restaurant dining around the world, with every night in a different restaurant in a different country We have been enjoying our meals immensely. We started just to see how it was- Delicious Our lives have become increasingly hectic recently. Not having to think about meals or trying to figure out if you have all ingredients, & to have EVERYTHING delivered to our door is absolutely wonderful. Meals are full of different flavours, which go together beautifully. The recipes are obviously well tested as the Directions given for timing etc are easily followed to get a mouthwatering results. The meal choices you can substitute if you see something you’d prefer are inviting. The price for what you receive is nominal They’re only a phone call away if you have questions. We are so pleased we are getting My Food Bag.& look forward to delivery day”

“We are generally pleased with My Foodbag. It would be good to have more varied vegetable side options in the vegetarian range - eg sometimes including interesting ways to serve cauliflower or brocolli, etc, as a side dish. They are usually used within the main dish in vegetarian meals.”

“I have been using My Food Bag for several months now. Driven by a desire to stay out of the supermarket in a weekly basis, I find that 3 meals for 2 is enough for me as a single to be able to get through the week without a lot of extra shopping other than for basics. I can also often get a third meal from some meal options. I generally find the menus appealing and a little more sophisticated than a product I had previously used. I also prefer the mostly paper and cardboard packaging. Quality of ingredients is good and I’ve been happy to receive some more premium meat cuts without having to pay surcharges. I’ve also enjoyed some of the extra items you can add to your order. I particularly enjoyed being able to get a kumara sourdough over Matariki and would love to see that option more in the future given that I live in an area where quality bread is not right on my doorstep. Highly recommended.”

“Me and my partner love coming home from work and knowing what we are having for dinner. They are super easy recipes to follow and they always give us variety on what we can have every week. Also very handy is the grocery shop option after picking your meals, if I wanted to pick up a cheeky desert I can and it’ll show up on delivery :). Very happy that we have joined up.”

“Five stars for easy, affordable & yummy meals. My husband & I look forward to our quality delivery & 'My Food Bag' evenings. We are enjoying new flavours & are loving learning new techniques. The evening meal use to be an effort but we now look forward to making our creations. We use to even take photos of our creations but have since eased off!!! We highly recommend you order now as you won't be disappointed:)”

“We have tried almost all of the food bags on the market and we think my food bag is the best option for our family. We love having so much choice in terms of meal options each week. We can tailor our meals to what suits our family and we don't have food going to waste because the kids don't like it!”

“Meals are tasty with good instructions to follow. Price is a bit high though and would prefer payment came out a couple days before not a week before. Easy to navigate the website.”

“After using another bag for about a year, we switched to My Food Bag and despite the more expensive price tag we feel that it is worth it. Excellent quality meat and vegetables. Delicious flavours and a mix of super quick meals and ones that take a little longer for when you have time. Takes away one of my biggest stresses so we can focus on other things.”

“Loved the different food choices and generally fresh food. The occasional time I did have to complain about something it was dealt with. However the last few times have not been as successful and I am still waiting on a response to my ready meal container arriving broken and the lid peeling off, which meant the contents were spilled throughout the box”

“My food bag has helped my partner and I get far more organized with dinner. Out of now a hundred meals or so only a couple we didn't enjoy. Otherwise the food had been amazing and well worth doing. I reccomend it to lots of people.”
