“I feel My Food Bag is super convenient for me and suits my lifestyle. I enjoy trying new meals and learning to cook with new ingredients. I don't love the cost! Vegetarian food bag costs MORE than ones with meat - $20 per meal. Which is a high cost for convenience?”

“Hello , my family and I thought the first two weeks were awesome the food was just delicious ( my classic) the weeks after that we tried the budget bag which was nice but too many carbs . Since then we've been a bit disappointed with the meals which seem to have the same ingredients but a different take on the end result, a little repetitive . This week we are trying the Fresh Start option . Three meals in and again it's the same theme and not sure why this box cost more ! The idea of having meals sorted for the week has been perfect and not having any waste has really made a big difference. We enjoy the concept and will hopefully continue exploring the meal options further.”

“Quite a few times my breakfast box hasn’t arrived with my food bag box so I’ve had to wait for it to be delivered the next day. Not a biggy, but a bit niggly having to wait on hold and have to follow up 2+ times. Otherwise great!”

“I have really enjoyed my experience with My Food Bag so far. The recipes are easy to follow and meals are usually a hit with all family members (ranging from 2-38yrs). My only grumble would be that the portions are a bit large and we get too much rice!”

“I really enjoy my food bag but there are a few issues. I order the plant based bag for 4x people and there is an issue almost every week... the issue we had this week was that the courgette and cucumber got squashed against the tins and so had deep round cuts in them. Also, the broccoli was smaller than the size of my hand and in no way near enough for four hungry vegans so i went out and bought 3x more. The issues with the herbs are getting better, but the basil doesn't last longer than a day or two - i cook those dishes first. I don't like to be the customer that calls up complaining all the time so I try not to, only when its really bad - like the week i got the antipesto packets that broke and leaked all the way through the box and all over the other produce. That was annoying because you could clearly see there was a leak when the package was delivered. There have been more hits than misses with the recipes though. I'm new to plant based cooking and have found them really helpful and insightful. The veg weekly is also really informative. I've also noticed that the more healthy looking the meal the more tasty it is! Apart from the mushroom courgette pizza and burger burger... that was life changing guys! That broccoli... I would really like to see some ready made plant based options? I'm planning a pregnancy this year and that would be awesome :) All the best x Anna”
