“We are a family of 4. Mum, Dad and two teenagers. The 5 night Classic for four people is perfect for us. It's quick and easy and healthy - so it ticks all the boxes. I'm impressed with the high quality of all the produce and especially pleased with the protein items. The delivery arrives at the same time each week, predictable and reliable. There isn't a lot of plastic waste, I try and reuse the containers and I always recycle the packaging each week. It's just fantastic for a working family because you don't have to think 'What's for dinner?'. And shopping at the supermarket is now quick and easy - just milk, bread, fruit and snacks. “We're loving the convenience of our My Food Bag meals, the flavours are great and there is no wasted food. It's likely that we're saving money on groceries overall, and we just can't imagine not having our weekly delivery of our My Food Bag box!”

“We genuinely get excited for our Sunday deliveries. The recipes are delicious, we're always commenting on the quality of the protein, and knowing what we're having for dinner each night has given me so much extra time and headspace for tackling other goals. Plus, my partner and I cook TOGETHER now. I can't imagine life without Fresh Start!”

“I am so happy to have made the switch to my food bag light start. This has completely removed the stress of weekly menu planning and the mad dash to the supermarket after work. The meals are always interesting healthy and tasty. Food preparation is fun and my partner is now much more involved with the cooking which i love ! I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you have a busy life and want to eat well balanced meals. The little treats we recieve as extras and the tips for healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks are fantastic too. Leisa”

“We enjoy having different meals each week, but recently I've found some meals have been too spicy for my family to enjoy and we have thrown out ingredients we didn't use. Some recipes include new and different vegetables that my family don't even want to try, such as fennel bulb. I feel a bit like the recipes are not aimed at family's, I have 2 teenage children. Also the meat isn't as good a quality as I would normally buy, I regularly have to trim the fat/gristle off. Ready in 20; 3 nights for 4 people.”

“MFB has been great for our household. It has encouraged my teen to try new foods. I have a fussy teen that refused to eat dinner for most of their childhood and now that MFB is setting the menu and not me, they are amenable to what i have been cooking lately. it has made dinner time a whole new dynamic.”

“We love not having to think about what's on the menu each night! And fresh start means I know the meals are nutritious and aligned with our health goals. The only downside is finding the odd error in the recipes where it calls for a staple that wasn't listed or the wrong ingredient, and only getting a "so sorry for the inconvenience" message when I follow up about it. On the odd occasion that produce has arrived rotten or damaged, customer service has been amazing at putting that part right.”
